We got married in August 2021 and used Ani/Ace of Events as our wedding planner. Ani and his team were simply incredible and choosing Ace of Events as our wedding planner was the best decision – we highly recommend them to everyone!
From our very first conversation with Ani, we noted his level of dedication and commitment to detail, but also at the same time helping us to feel stress-free about the whole process of planning a multi-day Indian wedding. Ani said his team’s goal is for the bride and groom to feel like guests at our own wedding and truly enjoy our celebration – and we can say wholeheartedly that’s exactly how we felt during our multi-day wedding events! We got to enjoy every function and felt so ease knowing Ani and his team had everything under control.

Ani helped us manage all the complexities that came with planning a wedding (including rescheduling it once due to the Covid-19 pandemic and basically “re-planning it”)! Ani and his team managed all the details leading up to the wedding (coordinating with vendors, venue, helping us with guest lists and so many other finer details that we couldn’t fit in this review.) During the actual wedding his team ensured we stayed on schedule, managed vendors, and kept everything moving like clockwork. Our guests raved about how everything flowed so easily and were impressed at how every detail was so meticulously planned!

Ani and his team were there every step of the way and especially when things didn’t go according to plan, we were so thankful for him! For example, our ceremony had to be moved indoors due to rain last minute, and he handled that with the venue and it ended up being completely stress free for us as the bride and groom. Ace of Events was even there for the little things. Walking into the mehndi event, I had an earring break and Ani was right there to hold onto it. We also misplaced a couple of items for the events, and Ani’s team worked meticulously to track them down.

We often talk about just how perfect our wedding weekend felt and how much fun we have (and how we would do it all over again in a heartbeat) and Ani + Ace of Events are a HUGE part of that.

Ani and his team at Ace of Events were an absolute dream to work with. They took all the stress out of our wedding day and made it truly perfect!

Even though we hired them for month-of planning, Ani was always there for us, even before the month started. He was happy to share vendor recommendations, offer advice, and answer our endless questions. He's got such a positive vibe, and we always felt so much better after talking to him.

Right from the start, we could tell Ani was a seasoned pro. We wanted a unique Hindu-Jewish fusion wedding, and he got our vision immediately. He not only helped us bring our ideas to life but also made sure everything went off without a hitch on the big day.

During that final month, Ani was our rock. He handled every little detail and kept everything running like clockwork. The biggest test was two days before the wedding when we had to decide about the outdoor ceremony because of possible rain. We went back and forth, but ultimately trusted Ani's call. He and his team were at the venue at the crack of dawn to check things out, and they decided to keep it outdoors. It turned out to be the best decision ever!

On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ani's team took care of absolutely everything, even keeping any stressful conversations away from us so we could just enjoy the moment. They kept us on track, made changes on the fly when needed, and made sure all our guests were having a blast.

The whole Ace of Events team was amazing. They were easy to communicate with, worked their tails off, and truly made our day unforgettable. We can't recommend them highly enough! Our friends and family are still talking about how perfect everything was, and it's all thanks to Ani and his incredible team.

I found Ace of Events through a deep dive search on Instagram in 2020 and knew from their page that I had to have them as our wedding planners. We hired the ACE team very early on in our wedding planning process (Jan '21) for their "full planning services" as this was the first wedding in our family, and we needed a lot of guidance. Our wedding was over a year away (Sept/Oct '22), so we were able to minimize the stress. I worked very closely with Ani, and we knocked out booking all of our vendors in the first 3 months. I really appreciated the team's level of communication throughout the process Since I was planning a wedding in Virginia Beach from New Jersey, I spent a lot of time conversing with Ani, Anjali, and other members of the Ace team over email and phone. Ani was really helpful in monitoring budget, reading our contracts, and establishing good contact with our other vendors/venues. During the wedding weekend, I was floored by how diligent Ani and his team were. Each event timeline was followed so closely that even our guests were impressed with how everything flowed. We received many compliments from our family and friends on their observations of the Ace team and how professional they were. I recommend to all the future south asian brides to add Ace of Events to your dream vendor list!
