I used another company that was recommended by the clerk at the courthouse, the agent stated she went out 6-8 times with no success. Several months later and not wanting to have to go through the process with military non service confirmation etc, I tried accurate serve and though they were a little more expensive than the previous company, I'm glad I spent the money, they saved me priceless time and frustration with the alternative process.Just spend a little more the first time.

These guys hit the ground running and never stopped. We were having trouble accomplishing service from out of state. Their process server attempted service on the targeted residence in our case 3 times the first day, and just kept going through the next week. I'm a property manager and have been fortunate to only need to serve an eviction notice 2 times. I let it be known upfront they would need to coordinate the serve attempt with me. I was never contacted and the server said they had already attempted service three times. I was never contacted and it had already been 2 weeks of waiting. I hired a different server and had it served within 2 days.

Now, I am looking at a new eviction and once again this company was hired by my attorney. They have had the order for 6 days. I had to reach out to get an update today, only to find out they have not even tried to serve the summons.

I do not recommend this company.

I sent them an email to inquire how long it would be to serve a subpoena and their response email was immediate. I submitted the documents to them which were served later that day. Subsequently, I had 3 other subpoenas to be served in the same file and again, an immediate response time. Every communication was courteous, accurate, and extremely timely.
