I am not a person that writes reviews, but I wanted to share my mom's experience at this facility, in the hope that it can help others make a decision on having their parent enroll.

I was a little apprehensive in bringing my mom, who has Alzheimer's, but I quickly changed my mind when I saw how happy she was after her day. The staff is excellent, and I must mention Brianna and Elaine as favorites. They welcome my mom with huge smiles each morning and they are still smiling when I pick my mom up at the end of the day. I know she is receiving excellent care during the two days of week that she attends. Each day my mom will tell me how much she enjoyed her day.

Now that I have seen how well she has done at Accord, I realize that she could benefit from a full time memory care facility. If she was not going to full time memory care I would be increasing then number of days she attends

Thank you Accord staff. The two days per week that you have cared for my mom has ben a blessing.

My mother loves Accord! The staff is professional and courteous, they go the extra mile to make your loved one feel welcome. This program has been a way to keep mom engaged and a part of the community. Would highly recommend.

My mom, Beverly, will begin this Wednesday. I rate it 3 stars now only because she's just beginning & I'm unable to to properly review at this time but I am "extremely" concerned with the level care I'd want my mother to receive. I'm very tech savvy on social media and will be fair & balanced on further reviews on a State & National level. I'm optomistic now and hopefully can add a couple more stars in the next 30 days.
