We used Accents N Tents for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Lenna was very helpful and offered so many wonderful suggestions. Due to Covid-19 we had to postpone our wedding and cut our rental order in half when we needed to make our guest list smaller. Wasn't a problem - Lenna handled everything without batting an eye. Drop off and pickup right on time even though it was an hour away. Couldn't be happier we chose Accents N Tents.

This place has more items to choose from than any other rental place we visited, even in the bigger towns close by. Lenna was professional, courteous, helpful and very easy to work with. I appreciate her flexibility as we changed our minds a few times. I would give Accents and Tents 10 stars if I could! If you need rentals, this is the place to go...you will NOT be disappointed!

Mrs. Lenna is great! She is extremely helpful and is such a sweet and genuine person! Not only did she answer every question I had but she also gave me a bunch of helpful tips! She went above and beyond my expectations. It was worth the drive! I don't understand why anyone would be unsatisfied with her work. I definitely recommend Accents N Tents!

Awful customer service. She does not answer the phone or make calls back. I needed to make a change in my order and called over a dozen times with voicemails. I finally heard back from her and she just said she would give us $375 back out of the $500 we gave her. I said okay that would be fine and planned to just get my rentals elsewear. I was never rude to her and never gave her any reason to treat us like this. That was three weeks ago and still have not received a check or services and she has not reached out to me. Very disappointed that I didn’t get my pretty rentals and lost $500. It would be worth paying someone else $1000 more than to get this kind of customer service.

The owner was very professional. She gave lots of options and suggestions that helped greatly in planning my daughter's wedding. I loved that she was great at returning my calls. Communication is huge!
