First, Segway tours is the perfect way to see part of a city in any city!! Love them and am always looking for an opportunity for one. Do one if you haven't yet! And yes, it's easy to ride!

"Queen" Tammy, our wonderful guide, was amazing, fun and funny!! Wow! I would not have visited the sites if I didn't do this tour. Was great to see the waterfront area by the museums and Soldier Field from different perspectives. (I now know about the secret dive bar lol).

Went on a weekday tour, 10am-12pm. Easy to find if you follow their directions. Several beautiful views. We got lucky and had perfect, sunny weather. Felt private since there were just 2 of us.

Really enjoyed our Segway tour today along the parks and lakeside of Chicago with our guide, Mike. He was very informative and fun. The Segway was in good shape and performed very well. I had been concerned walking there as to where we might go given how crowded Chicago is but we were free flowing all the way. My only downside is I wish I had brought warmer clothing. I was losing feeling in my fingers by the end.
Arrived and was quickly signed in by Mike himself and we set about going through the paces learning how to use the segways. Mike was very good getting people up to speed super quick. I’ve done quite a few Segway tours before and he notice that so didn’t waste time teaching me beyond satisfying himself that I was safe. We set off and did the tour stopping along the way to learn bits about Chicago history. We traveled a good distance and got in a good few photo opportunities.

What a fun tour! I'm a mom with 3 older kids in high school and college, and we wanted to check out a little of Chicago for the last weekend of spring break. When I searched what to do, this came up, and I knew my son would never forgive me if he missed this opportunity to ride a Segway! I read a lot of reviews and picked this company based on people raving about the concern for safety and attentive guides. None of us are athletic and as a doctor I was a little concerned about risk, but this experience was absolutely the highlight of our trip! Our guide, Celeste, was very clear with instructions and careful to ensure we were all comfortable. (Starting with the provided helmets that are sanitized every time they're even tried on for size.) We practiced to get comfortable before heading out on the open sidewalks, and even my most nervous kid was able to settle in. Celeste had a great balance of time between traveling on the Segways and stopping for breaks to stretch our legs while hearing lots of facts about the architecture and city history infused with comedy. She was great! Be sure to dress in layers to be ready for the chilly wind that can come off the lake. This tour was absolutely worth the price for all four of us, and we would definitely recommend it for all ages!

We had such a fun time on our Segway Tour. Celeste was our tour guide and she was very fun, energetic, and informative. She took us all through the basics of riding a Segway and made sure we all had good control and technique before we left the "practice area" for the tour. She did a great job engaging us on the tour and keeping us safe while navigating our route. The sites we visited were neat and some of the views were spectacular! Our whole family enjoyed the experience! (And if you're a little wacky like we are, you will LOVE the hilarious helmets that you can choose from. Don't worry...that have plain boring ones too.)

Had a great time with Tammy. Instruction was well done and we were off on our tour really quickly.

Had a really good time touring the parks and fountain and museums. Maneuvering around people was a bit trying but most got out of the way with some warning.

Only other to I have is be careful of the helmet I choose the Viking helmet and it made me a good foot taller, which made tree limbs a challenge.

Mike is an awesome tour guide that gave us an in depth tour. We explored some really cool sites and got a great history lesson at the same time. I would highly recommend Mike as an ebike bike tour guide.

We had a great time. Our family ranging from 13 years old up to 46 year old, quickly got the hang of driving the Segways. Tammy was our guide and was extremely informative. The tour included very interesting facts about many different sights and she made it fun to learn. I would highly recommend including this on your next visit to Chicago. When we return, we will definitely take another tour. The location and parking was super easy to find and was near many other attractions so you'll be in a great parking spot for the entire day.

Colton was an awesome guide. He had so many interesting Chicago factoids, even I the 20+ year Chicagoan was listening intently and learning more about our city’s colorful history, along with my nephew. Cheers to Timmie and Brittany for building/growing this fun business that makes visiting Chicago a wonderful experience for family friends and all the other first-timers to our beautiful city. Be sure to get this tour on your itinerary if you can!!
