I have reported a violent employee on behalf of my grandmother and instead of permanently removing or firing said employee they have given them a chance to come back to my grandmother's home when we leave. it is not ok or safe to allow people like that to care for the elderly. they should be heavily monitored in this profession and fired if they have done the things this employee did to everyone, especially twords my grandmother who they were supposed to care for.
