The worst experience that I ever had my son was 16 years old when I signed him up now he’s 18. He still haven’t complete behind the wheels driving because they always cancel on him they still owe him three classes. Haven’t heard anything. The supervisor told me we’re gonna call my son with appointments date never called. If it was a zero star I will give them a zero star they will make you appointment and they make sure the day before to confirm when you confirm the day of the appointment they canceled on you

I'm personal Representative for an estate in Somerset. I was told by a woman in the Somerset office that the homeowners insurance policy needed to be updated. On Monday morning she said give me a few hours to research this and I will call you back....she did not. I called Tuesday morning and she said exactly the same thing "give me a couple hours and I will call you back , she did not. It takes about 1 minute to send a text and simply say I was very busy today sorry about that... I find this behavior very rude and disrespectful...its now been 2 weeks and she hasn't called me back.

I had come to this AAA for the first time to get my own insurance and Sonia was excellent! Responded very quickly when I called her extension , she was very polite and helped me save money on my insurance which was such a big help. Definitely recommend this place

I walked in and spoke with Sonia about an auto insurance policy. I was still unsure about switching agents. Sonia was polite and very helpful. She answered every one of my questions and put everything down on paper for me to physically see the differences. In the end she gave me her business card and said to reach out with any other questions since I was still unsure. A few days later I sent an email to her with a couple of questions. She answered them and I decided to change over. Not only was it easy, I emailed the needed documents and she took care of everything that same day! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and customer service! Wish every customer service rep was like her!
