The front desk clerk is bad for business. I can put her name, but I’ll save it.

I arrived for a simple passport photo. I watched as she attentively supported a gentleman. Then, another older gentleman approached the counter and she was extremely condescending towards him. Who tells a grown man “good job” and “I don’t want this, you take this with you”?
My turn was shortly after. I approached the counter and after she finished on the computer, she then spoke to me.
However, shortly after she walked away to talk to another clerk about something under her desk that he can borrow. This went on for 5 mins. The location wasn’t full and I was the only person in line at that time.
After she finished her conversation, a woman and her son walked in and she responded “oh my God!”
I’m not writing this review for myself, but for the older gentleman. Watching that interaction made me uncomfortable.

The passport photo process was easy, but the customer care needs work! During this time period we need more kindness! If you can’t be courteous, find a less person-forward job! Perhaps remote work?

Gentleman who came out tried demanding $800 cash for a simple pull out job. I don't get why I pay for their roadside assistance for them to demand $800 on Christmas Day like anybody just casually has that to spend. Went and bought tow straps myself and got pulled out by my brother. Terrible service.

Was there for a pasport photo and it took longer than I thought but not for a bad reason. A young lady trying to get a driving permit was ahead of me and she was completely unprepared. The lady at the counter patiently guided her through the process. So, if I have to wait a bit longer than i would think for an act of kindness in this rushed world I've no problem with that. Everyone there was busy and helpful and patient. Thank you for some positive vibes.

Had great results for 2 trips we recently took. Venilia took care of our Canadian Rocky Mountaineer Train Trip from start to finish. Nothing was overlooked and all my questions were answered with a great deal of patience! Then we planned an auto trip to Nova Scotia and Steven was wonderful creating our triptik. He adjusted it each time I came up with a new plan and the final triptik was perfect! Highly recommend both of them!
