My 93 year old father has had AAA for years. The car is registered in his name. I drive and park his car at my house, so that I'm able to get him to his appointments. Monday his car wouldn't start I called AAA for a tow. "Gretchen" said that the tow be to me by 9:30 am. I called them back at 12:30 and was informed it was canceled!! I guess AAA expected my 93-year-old father to use his walker to walk the three miles to my home, to be able to use the AAA service. I just want to put that out there that that is horrible business!! AAA you should be ashamed of yourself. I was told at 12:30 that it's not their policy William had to be there with his photo ID in order for the car to be towed 5 miles. Well it cost us $220 to have it towed the 5 miles!!! So just putting it out there people should be aware of this!

I had a very pleasant experience here. The gentleman that helped me when I walked in was very friendly and fun to talk to. The woman who helped me with my picture and finalizing
my renewal was also very pleasant and kind. The whole staff seemed to get along really well and work together nicely. It was quick and easy!

Went here to get my license renewed and came in disorganized with nothing that would count as proof of ID. Jonathan was so patient with troubleshooting and walking me through my options for what documents I could easily access and print that would work. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism!

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for a business like this but every single person here was INCREDIBLE! They were so nice, graciously let me still have my REAL ID appointment even though I was an hour late. And then the appointment itself was so fast! I waited not longer than 2 minutes to be seen even after I showed up late. All the staff was wicked friendly! Thank you!

Went there to apply for my real id. The standard description of grumpy DMV employees couldn't be farther from the truth here. Friendly, competent, joking, engaging are better adjectives. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Well, still waiting for DMV to mail the actual license. But the application process was PLEASANT.

The office hall is neat and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have renewed my driver's license here, and it takes 2 hours from the appointment to getting a temporary driver's license (register as a member at home and make an appointment)!

Your site needs work! I have roadside assistance motorcycle coverage, but your site only lets me do cars. I have spent over an hour waiting for an operator, but never got anyone on the line while my bike was broken down. I paid for the membership. Why am I being treated like this? False advertising! Customer beware!
