This is a wonderful place to go to visit when you are in need of urgent care. The Staff is very nice, and the Doctors are very caring, and they take care of all your needs, with no problem. Hello: Everyone and anyone who has an urgent need, please feel, free to visit Bluewater Urgent Care in Marysville. They are very experience and knowledgeable at what to do for you. There is no long waiting to see the doctor and I know that you will get the best results. I thank God for people that still cares for others, and not just benefitting at working.

I love the location in Fort Gratiot, Michigan and all the staff here are just phenomenal. They greet you as soon as you walk in they’re very helpful and knowledgeable. The commercial says switch to AAA and save up to $779 a year but, I switched to AAA and now I’m saving $1,082 A year I absolutely love this company. They don’t charge you for a bunch of stuff that you don’t need. Thank you AAA.

Triple-a has gone way down since the restructuring. Whenever you call, no one's at the office that you normally work with, they put you to a call center. I had to wait numerous times yesterday and I didn't get through and it just kicked you off and they tell you it's because they have. So many.
People to talk to, but the real reason is they try to get very few representatives for all the people that they're supposed to represent. I spent probably over an hour and a 1/2. Just waiting on the phone to get nothing. Get it together or I'm gonna change my policies to someone else local.

I do a lot of international travel, so I use many of my AAA subscription services, including an International Driver's License. That was the reason for my visit, and this local team did a great job accommodating my needs. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new license at a mere $20.

The front desk man is nice but the agent Jon Jones said that their policy don't accept uninsured cars...it's a lie. He obviously didn't want to help us because my family has been AAA insured for years and they told me he's lying, that you can get insured without car insurance. And I see I'm not the only one complaining about him here in the reviews. Even before he spoke to us, his demeanor made us feel uneasy in general. It's probably because I'm not white, he didn't have a weird demeanor towards the other customers or my bf, they were all white. I was the only one he treated me that way and I'm a minority

While AAA itself has good competitive prices, this office is terrible!

I got an online quote and received an email from Jon Jones that he will call me shortly and I never received this call.

I called the office a week later, they connected me with Matt who said he’ll call back after reviewing my account and apply some discounts and he never called me back.

I called Dearborn office and was able to get better rate (from $150 car only to $120 with home insurance).

Save yourself some money and effort and call the headquarter office. They are way better in helping and getting better rates and on top they call you back!
