Despite the front desk scheduler's best efforts to push me and my mom off (she was sooo happy to tell us how no appointments were available until end of April, and also encouraged us to go to their Pittsfield location -- DESPITE THE OFFICE BEING COMPLETELY EMPTY), we managed to get a slot and saw Sean (he was FABULOUS) right away and got the license renewed. It was really an unreal experience...it's as if the front desk scheduler's really didn't want us to get what we needed done ... since we didn't have an appointment.

Here I am at Logan Airport in line with others. Our licenses will not scan
only to be told by a supervisor that if you got your license through AAA there paper is not good quality. Worth the wait at the DMV.

The nicest staff, the quickest way to get things done, and a clean, positive environment. Easy to make an appt. Was in and out within 15 minutes for a license renewal.

I would give zero stars if I could. I got locked out of my car on a 95 degree day. Set up the lockout service through the online setup. I was given an hour estimate for wait time. An hour later and I still had not even been assigned a service provider. I tried to call to speak to an actual human, but instead spoke to their automated call prompts, which reassured me that the fastest way to receive service would be to use the online setup (which I’d already done). At this point, an hour and a half had passed. I called my partner for help instead, but I left the service request open, just to see if they’d actually assign someone to help me. Three full hours from the time of placing my request for help, I still had not been assigned a service provider, at which point I cancelled my request. This is the first service request I’ve ever had with AAA and I could not be more disappointed. What is the point of paying for a service if you can’t speak to a human and have no clue if someone even knows you need help. If they had even given me a true eta, even if it had been multiple hours, I might not have been as upset, but this is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money on AAA.

Trisha and Nicole at the Auburn AAA were fantastic! After being given the run around elsewhere, it was amazing to finally find people who knew their jobs! I had a bit of a complicated situation for getting vehicle insurance and they knew who to contact to get the right info and get me on my way with a policy! They were also very pleasant and personable which was also a breath of fresh air. Thank you ladies for going the extra mile for me!
