On 2/15/25 I crossed the crosswalk at Beverly St and Valenti Way on a walk sign. I crossed in front of an SVU and behind him was the Yankee Coach bus. The minute I stepped on the sidewalk, the Yankee Coach bus blew its air horn at me! I’m disabled and walk with a forearm crutch. I have multiple brain injuries, as well as autonomic dysfunction, so blowing its horn caused my cortisol levels to elevate, heart rate to elevate and blood pressure to elevate. Why would someone be that impatient, ignorant, and insensitive to a disabled person crossing in a crosswalk?! It’s road rage! Whenever the MBTA uses Yankee Coach Shuttle buses, they drive like crazy. I’ve seen them run red lights, not stop for people in the crosswalk, etc. They feel entitled to break every traffic rule they can. This is out of control. He should be terminated immediately for doing this!

At Swampscott station friend waiting to catch shuttle with temp 15 degrees outside and Yankee bus driver won’t let him on bus because he’s on ‘break’ sitting in the bus!!! What an outrage & going to report to MBTA as well - license number of bus = 1AF48A - find a new driver!!!!

I had a wonderful customer experience with Jerry at Yankee Line, who helped me retrieve a lost passport that I left behind on the shuttle. An event I was attending used Yankee Line services to shuttle us and I managed to leave my bag with passport behind. In 24 hrs of me contacting Yankee Line to file the lost item, I was contacted by Jerry regarding my item and he also graciously helped me ship the item across country. I am stunned at the kindness given the incremental effort from all the members I interacted with at Yankee Line, which makes for an assuring and reliable shuttle service provider for truly end to end customer service. Thank you!

I wasn't happy the MBTA Commuter Rail didn't run as scheduled because the employees didn't show up for work. A Yankee Bus got slotted in and was an hour late, but the driver was fantastic, great with customers, helpful to some kids on board, and then when I left an item behind, Yankee made sure I got it back. Yankee made up for a seriously lacking MBTA.

Was on a Boston City Tour for the past 6 days with Tom McKenzie as our driver. The bus itself was immaculate, new and very spacious but the gem was our driver, Tom. Very conscientious, careful and put me at ease maneuvering in and around Boston.
