We had the most incredible experience with our private chef, Chef Banks, for my husband's birthday. From start to finish, he made the evening unforgettable. The meal he prepared was absolutely outstanding. The Salad Pear & Mixed Berries with Feta and Blush Wine was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced— a great start to the meal.
The Filet Mignon with Bourbon Infused Sweet Potatoes & Mixed Veggies was a showstopper! The steak was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful—while the bourbon-infused sweet potatoes offered a rich, delicious twist. The veggies were fresh and seasoned to perfection, making for an amazing main course.
And then came Bananas Foster for dessert— it was the perfect sweet ending to the meal! Rich, decadent, and utterly delicious. Chef Banks also paired the meal with some fantastic wine, making it feel like a five-star dining experience without ever leaving the house.
What truly set the experience apart was Chef Banks' exceptional service. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease—like we had known him for years. He took care of everything, from cooking to serving to cleaning up, allowing us to sit back and relax. It was truly a hassle-free experience, and much better than dining out at any restaurant.
We’ll absolutely be booking him again for our next trip, and we highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a personalized, memorable, and top-tier dining experience. Thank you, Chef Banks, for making my husband’s birthday so special!

We had the pleasure of hiring Chef Banks as our personal chef for dinner. The appetizers, bacon wrapped sea scallops and chicken were scrumptious deliciously prepared. In addition, the surf & turf dish of lobster and steak left no crumbs behind. My favorite was the pear & berry salad to include feta, raspberry, and a blush wine vinaigrette. Everything was so so yummy!

We were impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.

The overall experience surpassed my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend Chef Banks for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience.

I hired Chef Banks for my girls trip. We in Texas. The response from day one was very quick and he answered all my questions. He Went over what he offer very throughly. He gave me time to decide on a menu. He had an event but he sent two of his employees which was very nice and the food (bbq) was delicious!! Chef Banks did come over after his event to met everyone. My overall experience was excellent...when I go back with my family I'll definitely treat them to the Chef Banks experience..

Chef Banks and Chef Adam did brunch and dinner for us one day of my bachelorette weekend and they were so fabulous. They were such a highlight of our trip. Everything they made was amazing and we are all agreed that these were the best meals we had. We did omelets with Gouda grit cakes and seriously the best seasoned potatoes ever for breakfast and an incredible taco bar for dinner. I cannot recommend them enough!
