Kayla was amazing from start to finish during our wedding planning. She was a fantastic day-of coordinator and went well beyond what was “required” of her. She put her personal touch on so many things and it was fantastic. There were a couple of things that happened behind the scenes and she handled them seamlessly without letting me as the bride know and have to stress over it. We would use her again and again for any event and have recommended her to several people. Thank you Kayla for your passion and patience!! You’re the best!

My husband and I cannot recommend Kayla enough. Kayla was our day-of coordinator, and she was truly fantastic. From the planning process to the big day, she was extremely organized, prepared, and so helpful. She coordinated timelines with all of our vendors, and went above and beyond to make our day so special.

Kayla's attention to detail was remarkable. Every aspect of the day was meticulously organized, allowing us to truly enjoy each moment without any stress. She is incredibly kind and patient, always ready with a reassuring smile and helpful guidance. No request was too small, and she handled everything with grace and efficiency.

Kayla is an angel and such an incredible person! She made wedding planning a breeze and was so organized and on top of everything! She was always there and available and we didn’t have a single hiccup that I ever knew about! She attended every venue meeting and met with me early on to understand my vision. I had a family trip right before the wedding that took me offline for over a week and she maintained all
Communications and planning while I was out. She also kept other vendor communication going and made sure not a single thing was missed! Highly recommend using Kayla!!

From start to finish hiring Kayla really was SIMPLE! I went back and forth for 6 months wondering and contemplating whether or not I even need a coordinator and after my first meeting with her a year out from our wedding, I have no clue why it was even a question. If you are planning a wedding, Kayla is A MUST! From her organization, constant open line of communication and calm presence on your big day she took care of all the things brides and grooms don’t need to think about. When asked about my wedding by newly engaged friends I tell them that getting a day of coordinator if not a planner is the most important piece of their wedding budget. If you hire Kayla- which I highly recommend you will not regret it!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kayla at A Simple Planner. I met Kayla when I was apart of my friend's wedding as a bridesmaid. Seeing Kayla in action years before my own wedding made me truly understand the value a great planner can bring.

When I got engaged I reached out to Kayla to see if she was available for day of coordination. She went above and beyond to meet with me beforehand to help settle my nerves, ensure I was on track and helped me work through things I hadn't even considered. We had an outdoor ceremony, indoor wedding planned yet with an entire day of rain Kayla quickly helped execute a plan B when we waited until the last call to move it inside. She reached out to my vendors (photographer, DJ, etc.) beforehand and coordinated with them directly, which also removed additional stress leading up to the big day.

She's knowledgeable, thoughtful and on her A game. Our day was amazing and Kayla brought such a sense of calmness for me on our big day because of her efforts. I know day of/full wedding planning can be costly; however, her services were beyond any cost I can imagine.

I can't say enough good things or recommend Kayla more highly. I'm forever grateful Kayla was part of bringing my vision to life and being with us to celebrate such a big moment.

We worked with A Simple Planner for our May 2023 wedding and I can't recommend her enough! Kayla was so organized leading up to the wedding and the day-of, she solved every problem and question that came her way and allowed us to just relax and enjoy the wedding. She was incredibly responsive all along and always happy to meet up or hop on a call. My dad even looked at me right before the ceremony and said "that's the best money you spent" and I couldn't agree more. I will shout from the rooftops to invest in a day-of coordinator, and Kayla would far and away be my recommendation.

KAYLA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY!!!!!! oh my goodness, I have nothing but great things to say about her! Kayla is so kind and easy to work with. She made everything so easy and took away all my stress. She went above and beyond what she said she would do! Not only was she my day of coordinator but she met face to face with my mom and I weeks in advance and kept in constant communication with us! she really made my wedding dreams come true! I will now only recommend her and use her for all events moving forward. She created an ease for our day and was such a Joy to work with. THANK YOU KAYLA!!!
