They're a scam. Don't use them. They didn't help us in any way and then charged us $200 for a trip we couldn't even go on in the end. The flights they found were $300 more expensive than the ones we found on our own, so they never had to book a flight for us. We told them we weren't going before they put any hotel deposit down (we called to confirm with the hotel). You're better off just looking at flights and hotels yourself. They'll just charge you money for doing nothing.
