My boyfriend and I are college students and had never planned a trip before and did not know where to start. We found Yvette online and our experience was nothing but pleasant from the start. She was responsive and encouraging. Being anxious about our low budget and inexperience with vacationing, we had a call with Yvette to discuss plans. She was so kind, welcoming, and intelligent. Our conversation provided her with information about what we wanted. Within a day she had the most perfect trip we could have hoped for and also within our budget ready to propose to us. The process from there was, again, super easy. We stayed in touch until the time of the trip and she gave us clear instructions and guidance about the airport, customs, transportation, and hotel services. She was available by phone and email while we were there if we had any questions, and made sure we got home safe as well. Yvette is so smart, pleasant, easy to work with, and absolutely the agent to book with!!!

Ms Yvette went above and beyond my expectations. We had our own suites, 2 butlers, diamond club service and so much more. I was greeted with someone holding up my name when I got Off the plane. Express through customs and relaxed in the vip lounge until my shuttle arrived.
