I needed to send a medicine package to Cuba and none of the agencies that were recommended to me were sending anything as of now. Someone told me about A Cuba Voy and when I contacted them through WhatsApp, they were very quick to reply to every question I had. I live in California, so it was important to me that they get the things right. The process of sending the package is very smooth, and they guide your through it.
Now, as of right now they are saying that packages get to Cuba in about 45 days. I had previously sent a package through another agency and it took 8 months. If A Cuba Voy's timeline is misleading, I will definitely update. However, personally I am mentally preparing for an 8 months process because I would hate to get my hopes up and then the same thing happens. If by any chance they do deliver in 45 days, I will never ever ever let go of this agency. 😄
