If I could I will give 0 stars! From the start boat was dirty and not even safe to sail. Isaac was very rude, ignoring my questions and definitely provided the worst customers service ever! Don't waste your time, money or energy with these people.

I took the 22 foot Catalina sailboat out for a 4-hour rental. The on-line reservation process was simple but the rates seemed a bit too low to be true. I was a bit confused about the on-line waivers as I thought I needed one from each person but we only needed one for the person responsible. When I arrived the staff was super friendly and got us outfitted with life jackets, explained the narrow channel out of the marina and sent us on our way. The boat itself was pretty bare bones. Very simple rigging (i.e. no traveler on the main sheet). The outboard was not working but thankfully we did not need it as we were able to sail away from and back to the dock without the use of a motor. Sailing on the south bay was wonderful. We went north of the Coronado bridge and found much more boat traffic so we turned around and went back south of the bridge where there were hardly any boats and spent the remainder of our time there.

Booked a boat ahead of our stay. The entire process was about as a way as it can get. When we went in to check in and get our boat, the staff were great and kept us informed the whole time. It was the 4th of July weekend so there were a few folks ahead of us getting checked in. Really impressed with the group and will definitely be doing business with them again.

Friendly staff but poorly maintained bikes. I took a beach cruiser back early because the chain was loose and fell off twice. This is especially bad because you have to backpedal to brake on the bike - no chain means no brakes!

We were guests at Loews and the location was convenient. My husband and I rented beach cruiser bikes and were quoted $25.00 total for an hour. My husband said, "$25.00 each" and the kid working the counter said "No, $25.00 total." We returned the bikes within 55 minutes of taking them out. We were charged $50.00 with no explanation and no receipt. I blame myself for not asking for a receipt.

Admittedly, Fernando’s reviews initially deterred us, but we ultimately tried Action Sports any way and LOVED them! James is now manager (so don't let Fernando deter you) and is phenomenal. But Jeremy takes the cake on sales and customer service! We rented jet skis, kayaks, and going back for bikes! We've had the time of our lives, made great memories, and have laughed a lot! Thanks, guys; you are great, and we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent crew. Fernando and team are very accommodating, helpful and professional... The spa and marina make it that much more memorable and impressive. bTW. Prices are very reasonable.
