Signing up for Sweet Love Design's full service package was truly the best decision we made when planning our 300 person Indian wedding this past spring! Supreeta and her team truly went above and beyond to help us plan our absolute dream wedding. She and her team showed so much enthusiasm from Day 1 for helping to bring our vision to life. Every single task we brought to her, she executed with so much dedication and efficiency. Every single vendor that she recommended to us did an incredible job at a reasonable price. She kept us well on schedule throughout the planning process and did a lot to alleviate my anxiety about whether we were getting things done on time! For us, the most worthwhile aspect of hiring Sweet Love Designs was definitely the day-of coordination. It felt like Supreeta was somehow in 10 places at once on the wedding day because that's how hard she was working to be present with both me and my husband and keep us on schedule amidst the chaos of the wedding day. As there always will be, there were a couple minor planning mishaps on our wedding day (ex: we assigned 2 tables to the same table number on accident) but Supreeta handled issues like these so swiftly that my husband and I weren't even aware that there were any issues until many days after our wedding day! The day of coordination from SLD allowed my husband and I to stay in the present moment and make precious memories with each other on our wedding day rather than having to worry about taking care of our many guests, and for that we will always be eternally grateful to Supreeta and her team. I cannot express enough just how INCREDIBLE Supreeta and the team
of Sweet Love Designs are!! This review is long overdue, but as my husband Ronak and I celebrated our 1yr anniversary, we reminisced the entire planning process and are so grateful we had such a sweet and caring coordinator. We hired Supreeta 9 months prior to our wedding with having nothing but the venue done. Supreeta was extremely organized, detail-oriented, made herself available whenever we needed her and worked hard to keep us on track with our timeline. She helped us find the best and most cost-effective vendors, negotiated contracts, and the entire team worked hard to ensure all 6 events ran perfectly during the course of our 3-day Hindu wedding. Our venue was a blank slate, which meant we had to ensure every detail was thought of but rest assured, Supreeta and her team had everything down - from having a detailed wait staff schedule to ensuring the decor team had enough time to take down and decorate the same area for the next event, the entire wedding flowed seamlessly. On the day of, her team was extremely attentive to Ronak and I - they had plated food ready for us after our wedding, made sure to have water available during our outdoor ceremony and of course, ensured our drinks were never empty during the reception. Both Ronak and I + our entire family connected with Supreeta’s calm and fun personality. She made sure everyone’s needs were met in order for us to have the best time ever. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding coordinator to hire Supreeta and her team!

Supreeta was our planner for our 250 person Indian American fusion wedding. She was absolutely incredible and I would suggest her to anyone who needs a wedding planner. We reached out for her help when we were 4 months away from our wedding and frankly, not far enough along. She was extremely helpful in selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and keeping us on track. When it came to “designing” our wedding, we wanted to have a wedding which both represented my Punjabi heritage but also felt inclusive to my wife’s family. Supreeta was extremely knowledgeable about customs across different Indian cultures and helped us make adjustments to make the day feel fun, inclusive and approachable to our guests. In the final week, we had a few changes and Supreeta didn’t sweat once and took care of it. On the day of the wedding, she and her staff made sure everything happened perfectly while we had a great time. We vibed with Supreeta’s chill demeanor and would strongly recommend working with her to plan your wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about Supreeta and Sweet Love Designs. I linked up with Supreeta about 6mo prior to our wedding, so we were cutting things kind of close in terms of timeline/planning for a traditional Indian wedding. Did I mention we were planning remotely? Supreeta and her staff made the entire planning process as stress-free as wedding planning could be. She hooked us up with wonderful vendors, kept us organized and on time, and eased my parents' concerns. That was all before the actual wedding week. During our events, she was so organized, took care of all the little details so that our families could really enjoy the events. Beyond all of this, Supreeta was so sweet and just a joy to interact with. I highly recommend Sweet Love Designs for any event planning needs.

This is a very long overdue review! Supreeta and her team took on a challenge for our wedding putting together an epic 3 day wedding! We had 300 for my mehndi, about 750 for the sangeet, and 400 for the wedding/recenption. I hired her team for full planning services, and supreeta did not disappoint, she cared about my wedding like it was her own. Supreeta worked with me every week, went with me to venues, helped with contracting process, helped arrange food tastings, and brought to life every single aspect of my wedding - influding an around the world, food festival theme for our Sangeet. She helped with contract negotiations, she was patient with my indian family and their requests as well. I couldn't have ask for a more thorough, sweet, empathetic, patient, wedding planner and team. On our wedding day, even if there were little glitches or time adjustments were required - she was there to make it feel seamless! I would hire Sweet Love Designs in a hearbeat for wedding planning or any events at that matter!

Supreeta was our coordinator for our intimate Indian wedding ceremony and reception. She was so meticulous when it came to the organization and handling of the set up and break down, insurances, etc. with the vendors. We met with her every week virtually, for a month before the wedding. She is also just a joy to work with and very sweet and kind. She made sure we stayed hydrated throughout the day of the wedding. She offered to pick up coffee for us the morning of. If you want a coordinator who’ll go above and beyond to make your wedding day seamless, Supreeta and the sweet love designs team is the way to go!

Supreeta and her team are remarkable! My partner and I worked with Supreeta from the very beginning of our wedding planning. Several people recommend her for our Indian wedding.
