These folks did a great job reviving a Clovis landmark...

We got food at Pickled Deli & Miguel's. Mom's sandwich was a generous size, as was the burrito I picked up.

Seating is wide open, well-lit, and clean as a whistle.

The beer & whiskey selection on the Peacock end was impressive, and the blend of original coolers with the updated counters looks great.

This could be the new go-to on that end of town.

First time visiting, my new coffee spot. Ordered a blended black and white coffee with espresso shots, FANTASTIC. The service is excellent along with the staff. The staff is very passionate about their coffee, takes the time to help you on what you want. I highly recommend The Mug at Peacock. Also very reasonable on prices. Great to have you in Clovis

I love everything about this place! The oldest neon sign in California is a cool way of being greeted in the parking lot. The owners are phenomenal & customer service is awesome. Bring greeted & thanked each time I visit is a classy touch. Being a local & a foodie: seeing the vision of creating a culinary hot spot, craft beer place, bourbon Batcave, neighborhood meetup & taco haven is really special. Raving fan! Thank you!

For those who grew up in Clovis, I'm in awe of this place that you had growing up. It's so great that they are adding to it making it more enticing for everyone. The fact that it now becoming a bodega makes it so exciting. There is now a Pickled Deli, a sandwich shop I've had the Turkey and Pastrami sandwich. Both so good and so much better than those big franchises The Mug Comminity Coffee Shop, opening their second location at this spot. The coffee is something to be desired. Then there is Miguel's Salsa Tacueria, which reminds me of home cooked Mexican food. So many choices and a great place to honor fallen heroes. Please go visit.

I ordered a French dip and it was amazing,so full of meat the bun hardly closed over it,the au jus was large and flavorful, wrapped twice in high quality paper with a smiley face sticker. The counter person could not have been nicer and even cut sandwich into quarters like I specified.

Amazing remodel of the inside and good choices for food. I'll always remember the Amazing meat market back in the 90's but I appreciate the nice changes to bring the community back.

The Peacock Market, a landmark location in Clovis, has been around since 1960, but they have stepped into the 21st century with this idea.
The market has added three phenomenal options for food and drinks.
First, there is the Mug Community Coffee Shop, which has awesome espresso drinks and homemade pastries. My favorite is the Fog Breaker, which is a honey vanilla latte with cinnamon. Hot, iced, or blended it is a winner. Then there is the best sandwich shop around with The Pickeled Deli, which is off the hook good! Then you have the number one rated restaurant in the Central Valley, Miguel's Salsa & Taqueria. The hardest thing to do is choose!
This is a great place with old school charm and leading edge food!
