Never again staying in this dump. got moved to 2 different rooms and each smelled like Dog urine. If Hilton want to be pet friendly, they need to dedicate certain rooms for guests with pets. I guess they would rather make $75, per pet than $175, per guest. there are guests that have pet allergies. Old furniture appears to be invaded by Termites, old bathtubs with nasty hair still on it from previous stays. they need some type of management to check on their housekeeping after the room has been completed, but that is too much to ask I guess!

Positive: The location and proximity to restaraunts, mall, Costco. Negative: Ac wasnt very cold, toilet paper holder was broken, so tissue was on the back of the toilet. Pillows were flat, mattress wasnt too comfortable.

Easy check in with informative staff. The suites were a bit underwhelming. Size was comparable to a fairly standard room. AC system created excessive humidity. Bathroom was also comparable in size and quality of a normal room. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. The description online listed a mini bar, however there was no mini bar (there was a few decent snacks thou!).

Good stay as always. This is usually our Friday night stop before heading off into the Sierra National Forest for a weekend ride. It's easy to get to and also out of the Fresno/Clovis area.

Good places to eat in walking distance.

Decent place, but the AC doesn't get cold enough(lowest is 66 degrees), and maintenance couldn't make it any colder.

Breakfast is decent and the front desk is always willing to help.

Internet was actually pretty good. I even had an Ethernet connection available, which is ALWAYS nice.

Carlos was super helpful and did an amazing job checking me in even when the system was down. He was quick and didn’t pressure me at all. He did not hesitate to help me whenever I needed a question to be ask.

Rooms smelled pretty terrible, and the hot and cold on the shower were reversed. The breakfast was nice.

The elevator shook terribly when going back down to the first floor, multiple other guest mentioned it too while we were there. They thought it was an earthquake.
