I recently had the pleasure of visiting Clovis Recycle Inc. to recycle my bottles, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine eagerness to assist me.

Chris, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure that my recycling process went smoothly. He was not only knowledgeable about the recycling procedures but also incredibly friendly and approachable. Chris took the time to patiently explain the recycling process, making sure I understood how to properly sort my bottles to maximize their recycling potential.

The facilities at Clovis Recycle Inc. are top-notch, equipped with modern machinery and a well-organized layout, making the entire recycling process efficient and hassle-free. Additionally, their commitment to environmental sustainability is evident in every aspect of their operation, which is something I deeply appreciate as an environmentally conscious individual.

First time customer, I am very pleased that I was able to drop my load and earn a dollar. Thank you ery much! Other costumers and staff was useful in telling me where to go. I forgot my wallet, they served me anyway. I did not see prices, but knew they must be about. Looks very busy and organized. Professional in my opinion. I think you need a foreman or at least a person pointing out what to do other than the register's office or crane operator.. I only left off a star because I think you can pay another person to be your customer service rep in the yard. Directing and informing costumers. Show more transparency. You have a punch of hard workers there, give them what there worth as well as the costumers and you have yourself a tight little happy business. Looking good so far. ttfn.

To management, make sure your cashier at the front desk is respectful and courteous to the client. The lady there was too busy window shopping on her phone to acknowledge me. Waited a while for her to look up and realize I was there. She practically threw my cash into the slot (almost flew out), then went straight back to her phone. Didn't even say hi back. ?

Used this place for a long time and they used to be honest. Recently on more than 1 occasion they shorted me by a dollar per pound. I called in and talked to one of the owners and was told that they would make it up on my next few times coming in. The next time I was in the owner shorted me again and I asked him how that was making up for the 200 I was shorted the first time and he gave me an extra 20 on that current trip. I won't be returning to their operation any more. If you do go there make sure you know what they are trying to pay out per pound.

And I am jealous of the person who has ~$1,500 to put down on that.

I've been a customer here for years and the staff has been nothing short of excellent. The yard guy Derrick is super helpful and goes beyond to assist me with a smile. Then there's the cashier Christy who is such a sweetheart. I can only imagine what it's like to work with all those men and definitely think that girl deserves a raise as she's been there for years. I look forward to seeing her as she always puts a smile on my face.

As I see with another reviewer here for this establishment, we go here all the time with the same load every 6 months or so for years, until this last time they shorted us money. We always leave with over 100 dollars each time, but this time they initially only paid out 10 dollars!!!!? We argued it and then it came out to 71 dollars, which it should have been well over 100 dollars, but first of all, how do you even make a mistake from 71 dollars down to 10 dollars? Employee was very unprofessional, her name is Kendall as well as the laborers out side. Called to speak to management and they hung up on us, called again and hung up again on us, called back and was told oh, he's outside and we didn't hang up on you. Do not go here if you want honesty. They make a lot off of what you give them while they try to pull one over on you. Will be reporting them to CalRecycle.
