I don't know what happened to this company...I bought online from them a few years back, and received our order fine...However, on Sept 22, I placed an order for 12 bottles and was billed the full 74 (product + shipping) and have never received the product. If you try calling the company, the number rings once and disconnects. Emails have gone unanswered. I called my bank and had them dispute the charge. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered 6 bottles of Basque Meat Sauce because I LOVE it! The company deducted the full amount from my bank account but NEVER sent me any product!! It's been 5 months and I have emailed twice (no response) called numerous times but only got a hold of a person once and was told there was some problem with paypal payments and monies were being refunded. I did NOT use paypal and NO money has been refunded. Now the phone number doesn't even work and their website is screwy too. Can't even contact them and they've ripped me off for over $50. Truth be told, I just want the product. It's a great sauce...but a horrible business model. I can't imagine how embarrassed the Ylarregui family would be if they knew what happened to their company!!!
