Valley Decor did an amazing job. I worked with Grace through the process. She was very helpful and friendly which made the process a good experience . They have these amazing kids who work for them who are also friendly and respectful. My vision came to life with Valley Decor. They had a great special for the month of August that fit my budget which was a plus. I highly recommend them and will use them for future events.

Valley Decor made my dream baby shower come to life, They communicated with me through the whole time process. Gave me so many choices for table shapes, chargers, linens and more. It came out so beautiful!! There photo booth was worth it!

Valley Decors was a wonderful addition to our 14th Annual Dinner & Dance Fundraiser. Our guests enjoyed both the classic and 360 photo booths. The extra steps the team took to incorporate Our foundation's logo and invitation theme on the prints was an unexpected touch that put them above the rest.

I will share something positive because the husband, Travis, was very helpful. Even providing extra time with the fog machine and sparklers to be kind. I genuinely appreciated your help.
I am entirely shocked to find such a highly valued review for Mrs. Grace Cooper. I had at least 7 vendors for my wedding, including Mrs Cooper. She was the only one that left me stressed out and on the verge of tears several times due to high levels of frustration. There were several, "miscommunications" regarding expectations that simply just weren't met. Mrs. Cooper has a hard time regulating her emotions as most of the people that interacted with her noted that she had an attitude. She was 1.5 hours late to set up for our wedding but failed to call or text me to let me know of the delay; I was told by my venue coordinator. Last minute she let us know she only wanted to focus on the reception tables, excluding the other tables for the wedding. Instead she wanted me to focus on everything else. There are other things that I and my guests/ vendors were frustrated by.. but the thing that made me upset enough to create this review was the confrontation Mrs. Cooper had with my mother during the wedding. By all means all my staff were encouraged to eat. My mother made a comment about the guests eating first. Mrs Cooper decided that instead of letting the guests go first that she would talk badly about my mother loud enough for my guests to hear. I know I'm probably sensitive about this because she is my mother but... between the unprofessional demeanor and the amount of stress she caused for my wedding... I'd truly hate not to warn others. Again, her husband was fantastic and did everything he could to help us... but Grace was someone I would both never work with again, and never recommend. Please save yourself the headache and find yourself someone that will make your day relaxing and stress free. It is worth the extra money for your special day. If you're looking for other vendors, everyone else I worked with was PHENOMENAL. Especiallyyyyy with my venue coordinator. Im not sure my wedding would have turned out half as great without her.
