She organized several Zoom meetings to allow us the opportunity to have our questions answered and provide us with additional information. I have never used a travel agent before but am so glad I did!!! Shawnda helped me plan a last minute trip to Disneyland during the Thanksgiving weekend. We stayed at a hotel that was within walking distance with lots of restaurants around. This was my first time using the Disneyland app so she gave awesome tips on what to do, when, etc. She reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable with using the app and even let me know she was going to be up early the morning I was going into the park in case I had questions.

Shawnda planned a great Disneyland vacation for our family of 5. We have three teenagers with food allergies so traveling can be a challenge. Shawnda found us a hotel suite close to the park with two bedrooms, two full baths, and a full kitchen so we could safely prepare meals for our family. For the times we did eat at the park and surrounding areas, Shawnda directed us to allergy safe options and a Disney website with menus we could look at in advance. She also arranged all of our park passes, made our park reservations, and confirmed our hotel prior to arrival. We chose 3-day hopper passes which worked out great. Shawnda provided us with great recommendations on how to maneuver through each park to make the best use of our time, go on all the rides we wanted to, and see all the attractions on our wish list. Loved all the details she provided. Lastly, Shawnda checked in with us throughout our trip to make sure all was going smoothly and see if we needed anything. We didn't have any troubles or hiccups on our vacation, but I knew if we did, she absolutely would take care of them. This trip was our first big family vacation in over 7 years. In the past, I always planned our trips myself. Having Shawnda do it this time was awesome. It relieved a lot of stress from trying to find the perfect hotel, to making dates line up, etc. We will definitely have Shandwa plan our future vacations. I was able to relax and know that all of the details were taken care of.
