We booked Kate after realising the true magnitude of planning a destination wedding. At the early stages, when it all felt so overwhelming and uncertain, the only thing that didn't was wanting to work with Kate. She scheduled numerous calls with us, but really, it only took the one to be sure she was our girl.

I have never met anyone with such a genuine warmth that is so comforting and so exciting at the same time. My husband has literally reminded me that we have effectively "met" Kate TWICE, and I don't think working with anyone else would allow that to feel so crazy and so normal all at the same time. Kate instantly feels like a lifelong friend.

There were so many points in planning that felt like I'd never get it done but I knew that Kate would so I can't ever imagine (and don't want to!) what this would have been like without her as our planner or just an all round ray of sunshine. We have no amount of thanks or gratitude for Kate that will ever feel like it's enough- she just takes on so much that is soooooo over and above the job but it doesn't go unnoticed and makes such a difference on the day and in the lead up. She has such a genuine love of what she does and her expertise was so evident and welcome for us from her being with us on our menu tasting to helping design our table scape- she's SOOOOOOO much more than she would ever give herself credit for! Nothing ever feels like too much. She takes it all in her stride, and the magic just follows her. She asks all of the questions before you even know it's something you need to think about, and her passion for the couples she works with is always so evident.

Our day was everything and so much more than we ever could have dreamt up and we have so much appreciation for Kate literally working to the very last second to make it what we wanted- she was our planner, decision maker, time keeper and hype woman all in one. The team Kate brought to us, I have literally no words for. We have never felt so lucky to be surrounded by so many good, gorgeous, kind, talented people, and truly believe Kate had this little worldly pull to all the best people!

Our family and friends have had nothing but wonderful, positive things to say about Kate. She truly went out of her way to make everyone feel special, went the extra mile to add those little details and make sure everyone had a wonderful day. What she did for us extends far beyond the 2 of us - lots of people plan weddings, some people plan great weddings,but NO ONE can do what Kate can.

We felt so looked after and supported with Kate. She gave her expertise when needed and let us explore our own preferences at the same time. She was always on hand to communicate and keep us up to date with progress or new ideas or just be a listening ear.
Kate, we will be forever grateful for your talent, patience, fun, and just you being you in general. We could not have wished to find someone better than you and are so thankful we to have had you as a planner and friend in our crazy process.

I am not sure I can find the words for how lovely Kate is, but I'll try! We had the pleasure of working with Kate and her team for a beautiful wedding in Belgium earlier this year. Kate was amazing at keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process, answering any questions we had and keeping us in the loop! She shared an incredibly in-depth timeline before the wedding day so we knew all the details and jumped on a call with us to go over everything! I noticed and appreciated how tuned in Kate was to what would be important to us, as well as each supplier involved. On the day Kate was very attentive and present, ensuring everything ran smoothly and the couple had the absolute best day. It was clear she had built a strong, trusted relationship with them and the wedding meant so much to her too! Kate prioritised the couple and worked her socks off behind the scenes so that they didn't have to worry about anything! We booked Kate for our destination wedding in Santorini in June and all I can say is I'm SO glad we did! Kate is the most passionate, caring, wonderful human and absolutely someone you would want on your team for your wedding day. From the moment we first spoke to Kate, we knew we needed her to help make our wedding dreams become a reality, and boy did she! Kate helped us with partial planning prior to the wedding and my gosh, I didn't realise how much work and effort actually goes in to planning a wedding and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Kate did all of the tasks we wouldn't of even thought of doing, she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and we are so grateful for all of her help during the planning process. She also has so many incredible contacts, some of which we used for our wedding, which is a huge bonus of booking a wedding planner. She also helped source some of our suppliers and worked her magic to get us a couple of discounts which was beyond helpful! During our zoom calls, Kate was always so so lovely and a joy to speak with, she really listens and cares about her couples and it really comes across when you chat with her - there was a few times we both got a little emotional during our calls lol! A couple of days before the wedding day we got to meet Kate in person for the first time which was so lovely, we felt like we already knew her and she had already become a friend. We went through the Ceremony run through, finalised a few things and made sure everything was ready and in place for the day. On the actual wedding day, Kate and her lovely assistant worked incredibly hard, we were battling such strong winds but Kate stayed calm and collected and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible. We were on a tight budget for the styling but somehow Kate managed to make everything, especially the table look so beautiful, I couldn't believe how stunning it looked. They stayed until the very end and gathered all of our cards, gifts and items we had brought for styling which she brought to our hotel for us the next day when we had to say our goodbyes 🙁

Having Kate as our wedding planner and stylist was such a vital part of our wedding planning process and wedding day, and we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us and for making our wedding dreams become a reality (and then some!) Her help and advice is invaluable and we would recommend The Destination Wedding Co to anyone who is having a destination wedding! Kate is absolutely wonderful! We came across her website when looking for wedding venues across Europe. We knew early that we wanted a fun and relaxed destination wedding that our family and friends would remember. A few venues kept coming up but we felt like we were missing some hidden gems! We booked in a discovery call with Kate to chat through the venue search service she offers. This quickly turned into a heartfelt and excitable chat, and Kate got to work shortlisting venues based on what we were looking for.

Kate sent us a fantastic shortlist from which we were able to pick the perfect venue in France! Once we had decided on the venue, it felt completely natural to ask Kate to help us with the full planning of the wedding. I think we both knew we wanted her to help us from the moment we got off the first call!

Kate pours her heart and soul into all aspects of wedding planning. She completely understands what it is that we're looking for, and is always on hand to help. She also brings a fresh, modern and romantic aesthetic - you only need to take a look at her beautiful instagram page to see she has an amazing eye!
