Great guided trip with Michael. Blue bird day with a foot of fresh snow. Michael was super safe, attentive and gave some great knowledge of the backcountry/avalanche mitigation during the tour. The price was also very reasonable, highly recommend!

My husband, nephew and I took the AIARE course and it was fantastic! 2 days of intense learning and a third day of incredible low angle powder skiing at monarch pass. So grateful for everything we learned! Tommy and Spencer were organized, professional and inspirational ?

Had a great weekend going through the AIARE 1 course. Great instructors, good information in a friendly classroom and field environment. Highly recommended to all going into the backcountry. Thanks BVMA.

Loved our weekend with BVMA! We did a 2 day guided backcountry ski with Nick. The whole process was so easy, from scheduling to paying. Our weekend out was incredible! Nick is such a great guide. Super knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy! Would recommend BVMA to anyone looking for a backcountry guide.

I recently took an AIARE 1 class with BVMA. The class exceeded my expectations. The instructors were passionate about spending time in the back country, and doing it safely. They imparted a lot of great knowledge on the class, and I learned a TON. I will definitely take additional courses from them.

Just finished a four day trip with Buena Vista Mountain Adventures. Chris put together an awesome custom agenda for our group to fit our needs. The guides are all extremely competent with safety at the forefront of their focus; I trust them completely to keep the group safe while adventuring in the mountains.
