I left my phone on the GET on demand bus on Thursday and the office told me to call back the next day, but it was closed and they said I had to wait until Tuesday because of the holiday!! I was without my medical cards, ID and banking cards and all of my apps and no phone numbers! It was a nightmare!

To all Drivers and Scheduling Coordinators:

The Get A Lift Medical Transport service for handicapped riders is so wonderful! I am so glad that this service is provided for people like me that have physical disabilities. I had recent hip replacement and also have lower back issues that will require surgery and for a long time I have been unable to drive. Get A Lift has been a lifesaver for me!

They get me to and from my medical appointments or anywhere else that I need to go. They have an electronic ramp available as I am unable to use the stairs to get in or out of the van.

All of the Drivers and the Staff that coordinate the travel times are extremely professional, courteous and appreciated very much! They are like my 2nd family!

I wanted to write this review to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have done and will continue to do for me until I am physically able to drive myself!

I go through downtown at least once a week to transfer buses or go somewhere in the downtown area. The bus drivers are very hardworking, they have a tremendously difficult job having to drive and be constantly aware of everything going on around them while they drive and are even parked AND then they have to also be the ambassadors for the GET BUS customer service which they do with an unassuming air. I am REALLY grateful for the GET BUS as being unable to drive this is my car service all around Kern County for myself and my service dog Conri. Many Blessings to the GET BUS and ALL the hardworking employees.

Every time I come here I am very polite. I am polite because that's how I want people to treat me. Every time I come here the employees are so rude. I come from orange county and I'm use to the OCTA (orange county transport authority). So I am use to excellent customer service. I bought a ticket through a third party company here (flix) and they messed up my times. I came back and spoke with pedro and he didn't acknowledge me when I approached him. He let me know there was nothing that can be done and sent me on my way. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he verbally told me. I asked him if he could write it down and he coped an attitude. When I asked him to add his name so I had a reference he refused. I wasnt trying to get him in trouble or anything but he basically didn't care. Going to have to find alternative services in the area.
