I Totally recommend using Pac&Go travel. Emanuele was absolutely wonderful to work with. Before the trip started he sent us monthly emails with tips and Italian words, it helped get us excited for the trip and let us know what to expect. He planned everything, the commuting between cities, train rides, drivers, dinner reservations, tickets to excursions, stood in line, helped ordering food, helped buying real Italian leather and so much more. We barely had to use our brain on this trip. It was such an amazing trip! I unfortunately got sick on the last day and Emanuele was so sweet and checked in on me to make sure I was ok. I would recommend Pac&Go travel to everyone!!!

During my Italy trip, we visited Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome. I cannot begin to explain how reassuring it was to have Lele as a guide. Not only did he share interesting history about the cities and landmarks, but he was helpful by giving advice and precaution about what to expect and where to shop. When visiting a different country, you encounter a different culture. It meant a lot to me to respect the people and surroundings. Lele gave me the peace of mind I needed to achieve this. Plus, it’s always helpful to have someone with you who speaks the native language! Lele provided an exceptional number of tours to sign up for- plenty of variety! And at each tour, he worked his magic, and got us to the front of the line every time. This was a time saver! I truly felt like I was able to experience a lot in my short time there. I absolutely recommend utilizing Lele on any trip you’re planning! I will use his services again, without a doubt! I’m ready for Italy round 2!

Emanuele planned our two-week trip to Italy and Greece this June. I can’t tell you how amazing this trip was! Every little detail was thoughtfully covered, from transportation to cities such as Florence and Venice, to our tickets for the Duomo, Colisseum, Acropolis and Vatican City. The hotels he chose were wonderful and close to public transportation. And the restaurants! Wow! Impressive! Fun! All words to describe traveling with Emanuele aka Lele. I will travel again as a private tour guide. We did not have to worry about a thing, which made the trip so relaxing and fun. Lele is highly detailed and everything he plans is top notch with no issues! I had visited the Vatican on several occasions and never knew about the “behind the scenes” tour. We had an early morning buffet breakfast in the gardens before the Vatican was opened, followed by a private tour of the Sistine Chapel and museums. We also took an open air shuttle tour of the grounds including the Pope’s prayer gardens with beautiful water falls! Thank you Emanuele for a trip of a lifetime!
