Our family stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house for almost a year. This was due to a tree falling on our residence. The house was clean, comfortable and was completely furnished with everything we needed. The manager Erica was always friendly and was very attentive to any of our needs. The neighborhood was safe and our children made friends with the kids in the neighborhood. We highly recommend renting from Chico Vista.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Great stay, great accommodations. Stayed here for a few months while I was in town for work. Area was gated and safe. Joyce and Erica her manager were excellent hosts, was always able to get ahold of her if I needed something, and very easy to work with. Don’t have anything to complain about. And I would totally stay here again if the I am ever in the Chico area again.

I needed a fully furnished place to stay for a month near my son and this place was beyond my expectations!! The neighborhood was so quiet and safe and within walking distance of a beautiful park. There was ample street parking. The apartment itself had everything I needed. Wonderful windows to let in the crisp morning breeze and air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom along with ceiling fans to help with the evening warmer weather. The in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. I cooked the entire time I was here but there were a bunch of restaurants very close by. The TV setup and internet were great. Bed was comfortable and towels and sheets were nice and soft. I would highly recommend this rental if you are here on business or just need to get away for a bit.

Last year we had a tragic House Fire. We needed a temporary place to stay and I'm so happy we found Joyce. She was wonderful. We rented a few of her properties and every single one of them had everything and more that we needed. Joyce was wondering in making us feel welcome and making certain we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Chico Vista! Amazing properties and really focused on getting us everything we needed.

When I arrived the unit was recently renovated and very clean. All the necessary items were available, even tools to bbq. Due to family illness I had cut my stay significantly short. The rental dept was very accommodating by allowing me out of the agreement and charging me for days I stayed. When I accidentally chose the wrong link to cancel I was charged for the next 30days. The office promised to correct the mistake. I would recommend renting without hesitation.

These rentals are some of the best you’ll find in the area. The place was stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay which isn’t the case with most places. It’s got everything you can think of from an in house washer and dryer to silverware, glassware and a smart TV. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were cozy, the rental was big enough to accommodate several people. On top of that the rentals are in pristine condition— it’s apparent that the rooms are cleaned with attention to detail and care. The location was perfect too; it’s easy to get to downtown Chico where all the shops and restaurants are just a short walk away! The area was locked with a gate and only accessed by people who lived in the complex which made it feel safer for families and children. Overall my stay went above and beyond standard expectations of living in any other rental. Chico Vista rentals are the way to go, highly recommended staying here. I’ll be back again in the future. Between not compromising on comfort and accommodations and the aspect of safety and close vicinity to downtown… Chico Vista is clearly the way to go every time. Thank you for the great experience!

I stayed at 2 properties: Most recently stayed at the Downtown 2 BR Guest Suite through Chico Vista 2. Can't say enough about this property. The location is really great - you can walk pretty much anywhere you need to go - about one block from downtown and a 15 minute walk to beautiful Bidwell Park. The suite is compact and has everything that you need. It is really clean too. Perfect for vacationing or working remotely! Joyce and Erica were really receptive to all of my requests and always answered promptly. Highly recommended - great place to relax and unwind. Also stayed at the 2 BR Guest House through Chico Vista 1. This property had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. One of the best things about this place is that it is about 1/2 block from Bidwell Park! Went on beautiful nature walks every day. Joyce was really receptive to all of our requests and always answered promptly. Highly recommended - great place to relax and unwind.

Joyce was quite the host. Incredibly accommodating and extraordinarily thorough. Not only did she do her due-diligence for us, but even on us to make sure we were a good fit for the property. She even at times called during the stay to make sure the guests were warm and weren’t in need of anything which is truly above and beyond what I have been used to. The property itself that she put us in was absolutely impeccable, clean, and flawless to say the least. She has quite a few properties and I would highly suggest looking at Joyce first while doing any kind of traveling in her area. You will not be disappointed!!!
