Went on an ebike tour of celebrity homes in Palm Springs this afternoon with a group from a conference I am attending. Kolin did an amazing job - great blend of knowledge, passion and care for a large group (35) of riders. He had two others from the company helping as well. It was HOT out, but Kolin and team were very attentive to make sure we all were hydrated and had our sunscreen on. Would highly recommend!

If I could give Kolin with Big Wheel Tours 100 stars, I would do it!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our trip with him touring the San Andreas fault and hiking the slot canyons. Kolin’s wealth of knowledge teamed with his genuine kindness made for a day my family and I will never forget. My husband, our sons (14 and 11) and I learned so much about California and all around the Palm Dessert area. He never rushed us, he came prepared with snacks and drinks a plenty and he truly sought to give us a once in a lifetime experience. If you are narrowing down possible tours to take I would HIGHLY recommend this tour and ESPECIALLY Kolin if you’re lucky enough to get him. To top it all off, my son left his phone charger in Kolin’s truck and he drove all the way back to Palm Dessert and dropped off the charger at the restaurant he knew we had reservations for later that night! What a kind and unexpected gesture! We are forever grateful for our experience with Kolin!

Diane & I had a wonderful time on a Biking & Hiking Tour led by “Captain Ron” around Palm Springs & Indian Canyon. It was energizing, fun, & educational. We enjoyed seeing the nice houses as well as the beautiful rock formations & streams on the Indian Reservation. We highly recommend Big Wheel Bike Tours as well as its Bicycle Stores! Quite an amazing tour of the San Andreas Fault with our personal guide, Kolin. The fault was nothing what I expected. It was so much more! And the information that Kolin provided was priceless. He made it worth the price paid and more. I was hesitant to do the tour with 108 degree temps but riding in the Toyota Sequoia was comfortable even on the rough terrain. There were some short hikes but nothing unbearable despite the scorching heat. The scenery was beautiful, and it’s surreal to walk inside the fault. We had a short tour of the Salton Sea and learned the history of it. My kids (17 and 10) enjoyed the tour very much. Water and snacks are provided. All you need to bring is your body and camera. Forgot to mention, Kolin takes amazing pictures, too.

Had a great morning with Aaron! He picked us up promptly from home and we headed out to La Quinta Cove - beautiful, challenging and interesting rides. The bikes were new and worked really well. No hesitation in recommending Big Wheel, or Aaron!
