I had an absolutely incredible experience with Balloons Above the Valley! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our pilot, Jacob, was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey feel safe and smooth. What a fabulous experience! The entire staff is very polite. The facilities are clean. The equipment is well maintained. Good communication leading up to to the ride. Our pilot Jake was fabulous. He offered so much great info. Pointed out areas of interest. Told us a bit about the valley. Highly recommend both, hot air ballooning and this company.

An amazing experience! The team was very professional and we felt taken care of throughout the process. The views were absolutely breathtaking! (The only drawback to the day was breakfast. The croissants were stale and they ran out of milk for the coffee provided). Otherwise, a wonderful ride!

A once in a lifetime experience! We got up early to do a sunrise hot air balloon ride over Napa Valley. It was an amazing experience! Our pilot was fantastic! We had a champagne toast afterwards and it was something we will never forget!

It was an awesome tour and our guide Chad was amazing!!! He went above and beyond explaining everything around plus he was very funny! Definitely a very entertaining ride. Plus the smoothest landing, this guy is a pro. A must do if you're in Napa!

This was our first time on a balloon ride and we didnt know what to expect. the team running this operation did an outstanding job of informing us of what would happen and what to expect during the ride. We hopped into the balloon baskit which surprisingly held 20 people. Our pilot "Jake" did an outstanding job of explaining what he was doing and what the balloon might or would do as a result. we had a beautiful take off and ride, I was very surprised how smooth the whole process was. Jake advised that the landing could be tricky and that the basket could go in its side. Thankfully Jake set her down upright smoothly and his team locked it down and assisted everyone getting out of it. The wife and I highly recommend, if your in Napa valley, to catch a sunrise balloon ride with Balloons Above the Valley.
