My husband and I hired Bradie for month of coordination services for our wedding in San Francisco. Bradie goes above and beyond for her clients and she does so with the most amazing upbeat personality. She made us feel calm, happy, and had everything ready for the day of. Our wedding would not have been as amazing without her. If I could give her more stars I would! Hire her, she’s the best!

We hired Bradie to plan a large, special celebration, and it was the best decision I could have made! She was amazing! She listened to all of my thoughts and requests (even just the little ones randomly made during conversation), and she pulled it all together without a hitch. She was so detailed and organized, and explained all steps of her plan along the way, so there was never anything unexpected or last minute. The day of the event, I was truly able to just attend, and enjoy celebrating at my own party. Bradie took care of everything! We received many compliments from our guests afterward about what a wonderful party it was. Our celebration was everything we wanted, thanks to Bradie.

Advice to future Mother of the Bride's, if you want to make your daughter's special day the day she has always dreamed of, hire a wedding planner! And if you are lucky enough to hire Bradie, then you won't have to worry about a thing!!

Our wedding planning started 2 years before the big event, which gave us the false sense that we had all the time in the world, and we were not stressed but I knew that with my daughter being in medical school and my demanding career we did not have time to plan. So, my first step was to hire a wedding planner. Since I am in supply chain, I knew I had to source the best planner and I identified many planners. I interviewed, checked references, etc. but in the end, it did not come down to price or just ratings, we went with who we connected with the best. I am sure glad we went with our intuition (and her references were off the charts, listening to other people express their gratitude for the service Bradie provided really helped make our decision easier).

Since 80% of our wedding guests were from out of town, we decided to have a multi-day celebration. Brady helped with some key details for our wine trolley tastings, rehearsal dinner and when it came to the big day, she rocked it. She took charge to make sure everything and everyone was taken care of. My daughter and I didn't have to think about or worry about anything from beginning to end. She was there but yet invisible. Even my husband said, "I can't believe Bradie came prepared for every unexpected last-minute situation (all on the groomsmen side of course), she's amazing".

All of our 3rd party vendors, commented on how wonderful Bradie was to work with, the caterer, shuttle drivers, Dj, Hotels, etc. raved. But the biggest rave came from my daughter who said "Mom, I am so happy and blessed we had Bradie to get us through this, because I could see the joy on your face and you were so present and not worried about a thing on my day, and that's what I really hoped for".

I could go on and on; I will be forever grateful to Bradie for the extraordinary planning and excellent service she provided our family.

I feel so incredibly lucky that I found Bradie - she's like the BFF who you don't remember when you became close friends with but are absolutely grateful that they exist!! From our first meeting I knew we'll hit it off and she had been nothing but awesome.

I know I am not easy to work with, I love adding details throughout our planning process and Bradie always accommodates with a big smile 🙂 on the day-of, she executed our vision flawlessly and made it even better than we would've imagined! Pictures don't do the justice, it was absolutely beautiful and perfect that day and we are so grateful for her. We could enjoy ourselves and not need to worry about anything knowing Bradie got everything handled.

The only problem is that we'll have to deal with some Bradie-withdrawals now that our wedding is over and we can no longer chat with her every month... we'll miss you a lot Bradie!!

Finding a wedding planner was the hardest vendor for us to find. We talked to 5 before we found Bradie and from our first meeting it was clear that we were right to have held off on the others because she was so clearly the perfect fit for us. Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish and that would not have been the case without Bradie. Everyone talks about how things inevitably go wrong on your wedding day, but other than one hair and makeup timing mishap in the morning our day went off without any issues and that is because Bradie is a magician! She truly made the process of planning a wedding fun and enjoyable and helped ease our stress time and time again. We looked forward to every single monthly check in meeting and are sad to no longer have them coming up on the calendar. We would get off every call gushing about how great she is. She helped us book vendors that ended up being invaluable to the way our day turned out, was always on top of communication with our vendors, timelines, to do lists, everything! No logistics fell through the cracks. Every stressful that came up through planning she helped us through, including misprinted save the dates, family drama, and budget constraints. She handled every detail wonderfully and all of our other vendors loved working with her. The design of our reception space came together so beautifully I am still stunned. I never dreamed all of the bits and pieces of decor we’d collected could turn out better than my Pinterest board and it truly surpassed our dreams in every way. Beyond her organization and planning superpowers, Bradie is also just such a lovely person that we feel so lucky to have met. By the end of this process we consider her a true friend and someone we would have wanted at our wedding day even if she wasn’t planning it and someone we want to continue being a part of our lives. She was there for us every step of the way and is so positively engrained in all our best memories of wedding planning and the day of. I am an anxious person and perfectionist and it’s usually difficult for me to relinquish control, especially for something this important, but I trusted Bradie from the get go and she gave me so much peace of mind. She is the reason I woke up on my wedding day completely relaxed and got to enjoy the whole day being present and in the moment. We have endless good things to say about Bradie, but really if you are looking for a wedding planner, she is the best there is!
