We have had the pleasure of working with Michelle from Altomare Travel on several cruises....Our last cruise was our very first Transatlantic from Galveston Texas to Barcelona Spain in May 2024 on Royal Caribbean Voyager of the Sea.
From start to finish the service Michelle provided was exceptional. She promptly answered all our questions with lots of patience (as we had a lot) and provided detailed information about every aspect of our cruise.
Michelle has always provided insightful recommendations on the best ships to go on and is extremely knowledgeable about picking the best Cabins and location on the ship.
Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process!! We highly recommend Michelle and Altomare Travel to anyone planning a cruise vacation! Michelle put together a fabulous river cruise for our friends from Michigan, my wife and me. She handled all the details so all we had to do was show up at the airport, spend some in the Air France lounge and hop on the plane. Everything went smoothly and our friends said Michelle was so much more responsive than their now former travel agent, that they will only work with Michelle from now on.

We booked our Eastern Seaboard cruise with Altomare Travel and Michelle was in our corner from second one and beyond our return home. She had so much info and helped us book our excursions, specialty Dining and our onboard activities. She helped us navigate to on board credit and the best way to utilize it. Any question she did not have an immediate answer to was researched and followed up with an answer. We already have our next cruise (Hawaii to Vancouver) booked for this late spring and I know it will be great and I know we have Michelle to take excellent care of us!

Michelle, at Altomare Travel, is extremely knowledgeable of itineraries and excursions. She is very adept at finding the best deals and passes those savings onto her clients. It's difficult to find a good travel agent, however, with Michelle at Altomare Travel, we've found a great travel agent!
