Frankie of Breath of Fresh Air Events! She is such an up beat, fun, professional, intelligent, beautiful person with a great attitude! I love working with her. Ive never seen her not smile when shes talking! Haha. As a DJ & MC, its important to have great communication with a Planner & Coordinator throughout the process of an event and during the day of. She is truly on top of game every time I work with her. At the end of every wedding Ive done with her, I always see the couple go up and personally thank her for all shes done. I always feel relieved and excited when I see I get to work with her! Shes one of the very few I would recommend. ?

During our first consultation with Frankie, we were confident she was the best coordinator to execute our wedding. I began following Frankie’s work in late 2021 during our planning process. As we were securing vendors, I knew I wanted to hire a day of coordinator to handle the nitty-gritty of the day. Frankie’s Motto is to have her couples be a GUEST at their wedding; I couldn’t move past that. My husband needed some convincing at first, but he didn’t need much convincing after our initial consult.

Frankie’s energy matched ours; her down-to-earth personality, several years of professional experience in the industry, and her confidence and contagious energy were all we needed. She was available for all our needs, provided us with resources quickly, and took on a supportive role throughout the process. It was a bonus that she had previous experience and a working relationship with The Terrace Room and their team.

During our rehearsal, we knew her significant role in our wedding day, and as someone with an anxious personality, she absolutely made me feel at ease.

On the day off, Frankie and her team did an incredible job executing a smooth wedding. I provided her with my vision, and SHE DID JUST THAT. We were utterly grateful for Frankie and her incredible team, but we were left with some regret not having hired her as a wedding coordinator from the beginning. Let me tell you, Frankie and her team lived up to their Motto; we definitely felt like a guest at our wedding! If we have any events in the future, she’s our girl. Our guest noticed her work throughout the night and gave so many compliments about how smooth the night went. Don’t think twice; she’s the best in the game. Get here while you can; you absolutely won’t regret it; she will make your special day the best day ever!

You MUST book Breath of Fresh Air Events for your next big life occasion. Frankie and her amazing team of coordinators made our wedding day absolutely perfect. They were very organized, professional, fun and anticipated my needs before I even realized them. I used to work in weddings and was very specific about who I trusted with my day. They exceeded my expectations!

Frankie and her team are top notch and will exceed your expectations! They arrive early and ready to tackle anything you give them. I was very pleased with the set up and clean up despite giving them just an hour at the beginning of the event and at the end. Breath of Fresh Air is my go-to for events moving forward.
