The champagne tour in Reims was amazing! Lunch was the best we had in France! Highly recommend! Link Paris makes it so easy! They included the rail tickets and we had never used the train before. Their tips were so useful! The train ride was beautiful and relaxing. Do this!

Overall, our trip through LinkParis (Burgundy wine country 2 day trip from Paris) was good! Our feedback is mixed, but positive overall. There are some areas for improvement here.

Positives...Laura was good at being available to help make the original booking. She even responded while we were having issues in France and with the time change, it was in the middle of the night for her in CA. The hotel had a reservation for us and was fantastic. We had superb winery tour guides each of the two days with thoughtful winery visits. These guides were super knowledgable about wine and the area. Both days, we had private tours with the guides, and that was unexpected. We love Burgundy wine and the area so much and learned a lot and spent much $$ buying wine and having it shipped back to the US and glad we had the experience.

Areas for improvement... there is a learning curve in dealing with the different trains to get to Beaune and we were on our own to figure it out. It was difficult to link up with the tourguide on the first day as it wasn't clearly as marked on the map. There was no transportation available or arranged from the Beaune train station, so we had to walk 20+ mins with our luggage to the hotel and no taxi's or rideshare available. When we checked out of the hotel, the hotel didn't have clear instructions on how the bill was to be settled, and it was the middle of the night for Laura, so we had to make some assumptions. The day 2 was super short...only 2 wineries and 3 hours long and we were left to ourselves to make arrangements to visit the Hospice, which wasn't bad other than we had to wait in line for 30 mins.

Overall, we loved the experience and found it epic... and hope this review will create a better experience for people in the future.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, and passionate about the historical significance of the area. It was great being a small group so we could ask any number of questions. We were really glad to have chosen this tour and highly recommend it.

Veuve Clicquot tour was fantastic. Highly recommend it. Was fascinating to learn the process of the champagne houses. Xavier was outstanding. Everything about the tour was perfect. This is a must do if you are in Paris.

PERFECT VACATION!!! Thanks to Laura with Link Paris we had the perfect vacation. She arranged everything for us gave us specific and detailed instructions to make the most of our vacation. The location of our hotel was excellent and the hotel itself was fantastic. We did the Normandy and Mont Saint Michel tours and both my husband and I could not be happier. Highly recommend

Our day trip from Paris to Normandy was exceptional…made even more exceptional by our tremendous tour guide, Kate. We first researched options to tour Normandy via a larger, bus tour from Paris to the beaches. The option of doing this via train was not only easier but afforded us significantly more time and far easier and enjoyable trip. While slightly more expensive than other options, the value was tremendous. Highly, highly recommend.

We can't recommend this tour enough! Perfect from beginning to end, our extremely knowledgeable guide, Lucas, was so personable, so accommodating and so well-informed, he immersed us in the history of D-Day from the French perspective. It's tempting to see these sights on your own, but there's so much we would have missed if we had. Our small group was great, lots of intelligent questions and comments, no egos, no single person dominated. We all appreciated the visit to the Normandy American cemetery as the final visit on our tour. It's very sobering to see the places where the young men of the US, the UK, and Canada banded together, many giving their lives to defeat evil. Worth every penny!!!
