Hiring Scarlet Rose as our wedding planner was the best wedding decision we made! We worked with Alexa as our month-of wedding planner and she was equally calm, energized, organized, reliable - everything you want a wedding planner to be! Our Hotel Emma wedding was beyond perfection and the most memorable day of our lives!

When booking with Scarlet Rose, they provided me with several planning documents that would keep me on track throughout the planning process. If I had a question (which was rare, because their planning portal was so thorough), they were quick to answer. I felt extremely prepared and organized going into meeting with Alexa at our walkthrough and throughout the final month of wedding planning. She was able to pick up on our personalities from our first meeting, and met us exactly where we were at. It felt like a friend was planning our wedding - which is exactly what you would want in a perfect world! She was responsive, thorough, communicated with vendors for us, and created a seamless timeline for our day.

On the day of, a moment of stress never crossed my mind because I knew Alexa had everything down to a T. Providing her with detailed notes from their planning portal and going over those things in person/on the phone/thru email, I knew everything was going to be exactly how I envisioned it. She brought a calm energy while being so excited and hyping us up at the same time. It is a huge thanks to Alexa and Scarlet Rose that I was able to be present in every moment of my wedding day without a worry in the world.

Absolutely delighted to share my experience with Scarlett Rose Events and the extraordinary Haley Sanderson! From the moment we started planning our wedding, Haley was an anchor of calm and efficiency amidst what could have been an overwhelming sea of decisions and details.

Not only did she coordinate every aspect of the day flawlessly, but she also demonstrated an incredible ability to manage other vendors (some of which who were hard to manage), ensuring everyone was on task, and more importantly keeping me calm and happy through the chaos. Where can I possibly begin! Our day was everything we could have dreamed of thanks to Scarlet Rose Events, and more specifically Caitlyn and Katy. From the beginning I knew I would need a great team behind me to work with me to help make our vision a reality. When I started the wedding planning process I was in my last semester of law school. This meant that in the next year I would be graduating law school, taking the bar exam, and starting my first year as a licensed attorney. You could say I was a little busy- but thanks to the amazingly talented Scarlet Rose crew I was able to stay on task and check everything off of our impressively long to-do list.

Caitlyn patiently worked with me and my hectic schedule and I couldn’t be more grateful. She was able to recommend vendors and schedule all of my trials, tastings, you name it. She listened to all of my questions and concerns and was there every step of the way. She consistently went the extra mile to make our day beautiful and everything we could dream of. Not to mention she helped me not have a panic attack minutes before I walked down the aisle. She is such a ray of sunshine and I’m so happy to have gotten to know her and work with her.

On the day of the wedding Caityln and Katy helped everything run smoothly. Everything had its place and everything was timed perfectly. We had numerous compliments on our decor, vendor choices, and overall organization. Organization specifically was so important to me. I’ve been to many weddings where things seem rushed or no one really knows what is going on and I was so happy to hear our guests did not feel that way at our wedding.

We also were able to use Scarlet Rose Collective in our design features. We had SO many compliments. Everything looked incredible. It was so great to work with a team that has such a great design background and has such an ability to focus on the details.

This team will become your friends and feel like family by the end of planning process. I can’t recommend them enough (all of my newly engaged friends know that sentiment all too well). If you’re looking for a sign to go with the Scarlet Rose team, this is it! They are proof that the people who you work with can make or break your day and they definitely made mine.

Scarlet Rose Events is hands down the best event planner with whom I have ever worked. Specifically, Kilee Overly, was the single most pivotal person who made our wedding weekend a huge success. She coordinated and executed seamlessly many different vendors, our wedding party and complicated components throughout the weekend. Because of Kilee and SRE, everything came together harmoniously. Kilee is a petite beautiful smart girl with a mighty ability to remove my stress from the onset. Armed with a ton of experience, she grasped the big picture and organized all of the details months prior and executed all of them like a symphony conductor. As mother of the bride and an event planner throughout my own career, I amazingly was able to let go and have the time of my life the whole weekend. Wedding planning is like no other event because it has high emotions and expectations attached and successfully bringing it all together became daunting for even me. Hiring Scarlet Rose Events was our single best decision. I cannot emphasize how freeing it was for my daughter and myself to turn the reins over to this incredible company. Most importantly, their level of communication provided months before and particularly just weeks prior to our wedding date, was beyond exceptional. Our venue was tricky to navigate and our vendors were traveling in from multiple cities across the US but this was no problem for Kilee and her team. We will always look back knowing our memories are such a fairy tale because we were not having to deal with the minutiae of the weekend's events.
