The ladies that greeted us were great. Amanda and Priya. They made us feel welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was nice and cozy. We usually never stay for the complimentary breakfast because does not look inviting. This was very well displayed. Thank you for the comforting and friendliness stay.

It is easy access to and from anywhere. There's several trucks top options, food and most of all 7brew and Walmart with in a few minutes lol rooms are good, breakfast was good. I'm very pleased. We stay here often for softball tournaments.

I wasn’t going to do this because the lady I spoke with last night was understanding and sweet. But who I just spoke with when asking about my left speaker was hateful. We left around 11 pm because of bed bugs. I left my speaker so I called back today and I was informed I was on their do not rent list any longer because I smoked in the room. I asked for non smoking because my daughter was with me and I don’t smoke around her. I smoked outside with is on the camera or shld be. I stood outside the door and put my cigarette out before going back in. I didn’t lay it on the ground. I took it in so I’m not lingering. I set it on table but eventually threw it away with the rest of our trash. We even bagged up our trash from food and stuff. So no I didn’t smoke in your room. I would have asked for a smoking room!!! I just don’t litter my butts on the ground. I wouldn’t come back due to the bed bugs anyways. I have the pictures and videos if anyone would like to see!

Returning home from Louisiana fishing trip and stayed at Quality Inn Russellville. Young lady at check in desk was just as friendly as can be and it only took 5 minutes to get that process completed. Room was very nice and comfortable. AC unit was louder than normal but not a problem in room 119.

Great home away from home. Central to the many attractions that bring us back regularly. Clean and well kept. Early breakfast gets us out to sight see timely. Staff is always eager to serve.

Positive: Location Negative: Lack of breakfast options, unwilling to change room from a king bed to double bed, & air in room wasn?t cooling. The original room smelled like bug spray so we asked for a different room. The other 2 rooms they offered smelled like a musty moldy basement.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. But the floor was filthy, my white socks were black by the end of my overnight stay. The fabric chair was filthy & really in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. In addition, the bathroom door had been clearly bashed in, but it didn't impact the use of the door, just looked bad. The shower was difficult to adjust the temperature with a wonky handle. Lastly, the AC unit was not working right and was making a horrific noise and we could not keep it on or we would not sleep. We had to choose between hot and quiet, or loud and cool. The desk clerk girl was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good. I would stay again, but bring slippers.

At about 2am, I came in to ask the person behind the counter if they had anything available. He said they were filled up. Funny no busses, semis, or utility trucks, very few cars. To me, something is wrong there being a choice member for many years now. So I drove on, slept in my car at an Oklahoma rest stop, and called in sick because I was too tired to work. I thought the new Clarion Hotel chain had put the old guard down...guess not.
