We've stayed here several times. The staff are great. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable. But they don't do room service, even when it is requested. I think we will be looking elsewhere next time.

Great experience. Comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. Large clean room and the bathroom and shower were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was an added bonus. The free breakfast was delicious and had anything you would want and coffee was delicious. It was a very nice area and was also and easy on and off the highway. Would stay here again.

Easy to get too. Super nice staff. We got towels and extra pillows fast. They catered to our littles so nicely letting us check in early and late. The pool and breakfast were great. They prob need to refinish the pool but it was still so fun!!! Love the coffee and drink bar!!!

I love the hotel, the room we were in was very clean. The only problems were that the area you take your dogs, to go to do their business is not well lit at night. Its feels alittle creepy back there, and the door will not unlock so you have to walk around the hotel in the dark. The grass needs to be cut shorter too, you can't even find your dogs poop, in high grass in the dark.
Also, there is no meat options, it was just some form of pork everyday. The eggs were good though.
All in all, the staff I encountered were very friendly and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I enjoyed everything except taking my dog outside after dark.

Great location, great town, with a fantastic restaurant right across the street. This was less than half the cost of the Hampton I stayed at in Jackson, TN just a few nights before. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast was! They had individual size veggie omelets, sausage, bacon, and all the other usual foods like oatmeal, pancakes, etc. Nice big muffins too! I will stay here again. I really like this town.

We've stayed here a number of times, always clean and quiet.

Except the lawn mower guy starting by our first floor window this morning at 7:30am :).

Older hotel, but remodeled. Very nicely done. Beautiful colors. Probably the best hampton we have ever stayed in, we almost always pick hampton as they are dog friendly. Only slight complaint, is the beds are a little harder than I'm used to. But, that is always personal preference, of course. |Highly recommend.

We stayed here in room 226 on 7/18/24. This is our go to hotel when visiting family in Russellville and we have stayed here 15 + times over the past 20 years.|We thought the hotel had gone downhill since our last stay in 2021.|The pluses:|the room was good sized, clean and the bed was comfortable|the bathroom has plenty of counter space|the check in staff was very helpful(relocated us to Rm 226 as the first assigned room number 230 had an awful urine like smell)|the room had a fridge, with a small freezer|the breakfast was very good, better than the typical Hampton|the internet worked well|The minuses|Room 226 had a very strong flowery smell from it's last cleaning, took a couple of hours running the AC on high to get rid of it|one of the "clean" towels had been washed but still had stains in it, it should have been thrown away|the TV guide is useless, the channels don't match the TV and the guide had no info on what was on the channel|the TV remotes volume button didn't work well (sometimes it did, most times it did not adjust the volume)||Overall a disappointing stay based on our previous stays.|Probably not our go to any more.
