Very nice hotel for family. Suite had sofa and trundle bed. Separate shower and toilet helps either large family. Pool area was nice and huge hot tub. Across the street from walking path along peaceful creek and walkable to downtown area about 1/2 mile.

Overall a nice, clean Springhill suites! Rooms were modern and clean. Loved the futon/trundle option. Housekeeping service was quick when we needed something. Front desk staff handled issues quickly. The pool was beautiful - especially loved the adult swim time from 10-midnight.||While you do have to pay for parking (and was outlined in the app/our reservation), we received a coupon for buy one get one drinks and other discounts.||We walked back and forth into town but there is trolley service right outside ||Minor issues is that the bar was closed most of the time we were there and had to go over to the casino. Also the breakfast was really basic - just cereal, bagels, oatmeal and 2 trays of hot food. Have had better at other springhills

Nick was an amazing young man! Night auditor / man of many talents! The bartender and the valet kid were awesome too! I swear Nick does not sleep. Great rooms, great location attached to the casino and walkable to main Street Deadwood. Decent breakfast buffet, pool area and very clean. Great parking and amenities. Say hi to Nick when you see him!

Just want to thank Jackie for her wonderful service. Had a few request to make our trip special for my boyfriend birthday weekend. Purchased the Date night package for $100. Couldn't thank her enough for the vouchers and chocolates from Chubby Monkey. Was very delicious 😋 view was amazing, adult time in pool was relaxing & quiet, free breakfast, casino was cool, connected right to the hotel so you can just walk right over, underground parking. Would recommend anyone to get a room here!!

Bathroom lighting is great. Comfortable bedding!!! Suite area is nice. We played games in the wonderful lobby area. We faced the pool so there could be some noise but didn't bother us.

New hotel with trundle bed for kids. The staff was great! Loved my stay with the family. Loved the outside feel of the pool. Doris was so great and allowed us to have a late checkout for golf.

Great staff, clean room, and no issues. The breakfast was hot and organized well. The parking garage below is great if you don’t want to park outside at night. Also Deadwood is in walking distance with restaurants and casinos in the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable clean rooms,
However it’s impossible to get your card refunded for the incidental that’s charged at check in.. I have called and emailed several times and told “ Nothing can be done” dispute with my bank, bank says it’s up to the hotel , it’s very frustrating , my room was comped however I ended up still paying with not being refunded the charge. Several times I was told my Doris there’s nothing that can be done…. I’m just out the funds.
