I highly recommend this store. I purchased our wedding bands from here in 2021 and they are of excellent quality.
This year, I got a pair of custom pearl earrings and the posts were too thick. The customer service was excellent - above and beyond - to make the adjustments so that the earrings are more comfortable.
I will definitely purchase from them again.

The quality of the item I purchased was very nice.
Sadly, the person I worked with interacted with me in a confusing and condescending way and I was unable to communicate with her about the design that I wanted. This added a lot of stress to a big event and it took much of the joy out of what had been a really exciting project. I wish that I had been able to work with someone else.
The owner was lovely as were several of the other staff I interacted briefly with.
