Patagonia has always been in my dreams...Dreams really do come true and MT Sobek allowed us to realize our dreams beyond expectations. The trip was incredibly coordinated, the guides very knowledgeable and we definitely felt like we were in very capable hands. The food was beyond amazing and the accommodations were excellent. I look back on the trip with amazement for what we experienced, what we saw and how well-oiled the entire experience was. Highly recommend booking a trip with MT Sobek.

Our guides lead us to such incredible and interesting places. I learned so much about Japans history, religions, food, language, art, terrain and culture. The hikes were just the right distance that varied from nature trails to city streets. Such a great blend. It was a wonderful way to be introduced to Japan!

'The Best of the Dolomites', Lovely hikes through a wonderful part of the world. We are in our 60s and accomplished it w/o problems. The mountains are stunningly beautiful, the trails well groomed and the villages charming. Its only 2 hours from Venice so you are not in an empty, virgin forest but there are plenty of quiet moments in the wildflower fields or in the forests when you hear nothing but the wind and your feet. For us, we'd have never found these spots on our own and that's what makes these trips so special.

As a solo woman hiker, I was completely comfortable in group of 10 hikers in Banff. The two guides were professional and attentive. The guides planned our days so that we saw popular spots early in the morning before becoming super crowded. In general, we hiked less busy trails and still saw beautiful lakes, glaciers and mountains. The hikes were difficult, but doable. Each hiker was able to maintain their own pace - no rushing or pressure. The rafting trip was also fun. The Lake Louise campground is well maintained with real bathrooms and nice showers. The food and meals were healthy and plentiful. I would highly recommend hiking Banff with MT Sobek.

The Salkantay Trek is gorgeous and a great introduction to high altitude trekking. The small lodges are comfortable and cozy and the jacuzzis a special treat. Machu Picchu was spectacular, at times crowded but exceeded my expectations. Once again MT. Sobek did an outstanding job.

Mt. Sobek is a high quality organization with top notch guides. Panos and Christos had in depth knowledge of the history and culture of Greece dating back 1,000's of years. They enhanced the enjoyment of our trip tenfold. They became family to us that we will miss and hope to see again in the future. I highly recommend any trip that Mt. Sobek offers.

This was a trip of a life time that I completed with my sister. Patagonia is an incredible place to explore. MT Sobek put together an amazing itinerary that took us through the Torres del Paine National Park and the Los Glaciares National Park. Wonderful hotels (including 2 Refugio’s), meals, wine, hiking and a visit to the iconic Perito Moreno Glacier were all outstanding. And to top it off, we had the most amazing lead guide- Rodrigo, aka Ro! We also had 2 wonderful assistant guides and drivers during our 12 day adventure in Chile and Argentina. Put this trip on your bucket list!
