Communicated via three different means (phone, email, text) to notify this business that the drop off of my vehicle would be 25 minutes late (despite my best efforts). They canceled my appointment over email (no phone call) with little regard for extenuating circumstances. Sited their policies. Placed profit over people (in my opinion, respectfully).

Finally a ‘drop-off’ car detailing place here on the island. Quickly made an appt before it fills up. Great result, my Audi Q5 looks as good as when I drove it off the dealer lot. Cost also reasonable when comparing with others.

This business is under staffed and overbooked. Unable to fulfill the commitments to a 2 month advanced reservation for services. They cancelled our business agreement after several communications to let them know we had been delayed 25 mins. If you are some one who’s life is dictated by the needs of an infant child these are not the people you should trust with business arrangements. They told us to see their terms and conditions. I told them to not overbook. They agreed.

Sam and Emily are simply the best. I have been using them for boat cleaning. First, they are boaters, so they "get it." They did a wonderful job cleaning the interior staterooms, head, pilothouse, galley and salon. But also the engine room, which looks brand new now. They are a lucky find for any auto or boat owner. Highest recommendation.
