Stayed for 1 month - wait in between houses. I picked this Residence for it's location. It was perfect for us and our needs. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Although the unit was older and somewhat worn, it was immaculately clean and everything worked and worked well! I appreciated that they asked if we needed any more time nearing the end of our stay. They were happy to accommodate the 1 more day we needed. We were comfortable there and would stay again. Thank you!

I travel a lot and I’ve been to a lot of hotels, but this one is the best by far mattresses are so comfortable staff is so kind and friendly when you walked in, it felt like it was our house everything was so neat and clean do you have a TV with multiple options so much space for furniture if you’re staying for long

Stay Away! I was a resident at The Residences at Daniel Webster, 246 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH for 8 months. I was told my room was in excellent condition by the front associates upon leaving and have video and photo evidence of that. I was told by multiple staff members I would be receiving my full deposit back within the contracted 30days. I then did not receive the deposit stated in our contract held up by New Hampshire Law. I noticed before moving out the negative reviews regarding the return of security deposits, showing this may happen often to residents who leave the establishment. Now that it is 2 days past Daniel Webster Legally obligated date of returnable, and I am now told that my deposit was used for replacing carpets, and for deep cleaning of the pull out couch. The carpet damage was noted before we moved in, as we were told by maintenance, there was floor damage to our unit before our presence due to previous flooding in the unit. Also upon moving into the unit there were hair extensions in our drains, further creating issues, as well as our water heater and A/C unit not being functional for multiple days without repair throughout our stay, throughout the summer. As for any damage from pets, my dogs were placed inside a crate while inside the residence at all times, I have documented evidence of such circumstances. Any damage to the furniture, especially the couch, was noted to have damage upon our arrival. Returning deposits seems to be a repeat offense as this issue seems to be unresolved. There was an individual who was deceased in the residence for days, as well as the unsanitary & not up to code, gym, laundry, wifi and pool services. The gym was not secure to residence, the door had no safety devices to prevent the public from using facilities. The gym also was never cleaned, covered in bodily fluids, with empty towel, water, and wipe dispensers. The restrooms for the use of the gym, were also always dusty, and never filled with even toilet paper or soap, often with many bugs. The laundry units were moldy, and one unit caught on fire, without any contact available, endangering all of the Residents on the property. The Wi-Fi which is contracted to have "good service" was consistently unactive, and unresponsive creating remote work issues for me and many residents. The pool was open for one day as for the rest of the pool season it was deemed "Unsanitary" and "wouldn't pass inspection". Again further creating health issues for all of the residents. The dog relief bags which were provided for dog facilities, were also left empty on multiple occasions, leaving the property scattered in dog fecal matter. Employees would be smoking near the garbage areas instead of working, also a fire hazard.

I lived here for one and half years and the office staff, cleaning ladies and maintenance men were always helpful, polite and hard working. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. I was happy, safe and very pleased with The Residences. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Made reservation on 20 June for 8-11 August 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft $125.97 per night. Confirmed by them on 20 June and 8 August. On 9 August on the war from VA at 1045 am they called to say they could only offer a studio. i said my group could not fit in a studio. I was told they can cancel for a full refund and i should contact booking.com for assistance with for new accommodation. I have not received a FULL refund. But this place should not be advertised on booking.com or anywhere else if they can confirm your accommodation 6 weeks before check in, again the day before check in but call in the day of check in to say they cannot provide the booked and paid for accommodation. TOTALLY APPALLED.

I have lived at this location for several months. The rooms and facilities are good. The grounds and landscaping are well taken care of. Certainly above average for this type of establishment. The staff are what makes this place stand out. They have been more than accommodating. If you are looking for a place to stay, long or short term, this is a great option.

The day I booked, I left them message that I will arriving late, after midnight. They have messages that if arrive late use the kiosk. So, we arrived at 1.26 am, the kiosk doesn't work, where it says use an empty card from the basket, no one left any empty card to be used to create a key and after trying 30 minutes, we got hold of a lady who couldn't get hold of the management and said someone would call us, no one called in 90 minutes. Late at night, after driving an hour from Boston international airport, we were sitting outside the complex, so tired, and so frustrated. We never had this kind of disaster in our life before, so disappointing and frustrating, this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The management doesn't really care. Their next door hotel was all booked and there were 3 front desk employee there, and on other hotel had front desk employee but they were booked too. So, finally at 3.30 am after 2 hours we learned from the operator or assistant that there is a certain box, and use 4 digit number she gave to open it and our key will be inside. So much suffering for this simple thing , which the management could easily do is send us an email that your key will be in this locker box and the enter this 4 digit number to open it. I don't think the management care , they don't bother to communicate. Even in Anchorage Alaska, we arrive 3 in the morning, and the management sent us message of password to enter our room. We got a couple hour sleep and our whole vacation got ruined, fell like dominos.This is a strange hotel, with no interest of serving people better, if you are not arriving really late, you would be lucky otherwise...it's your luck what would happen.

My daughter and I needed a furnished place to live during an uncertain time when we were pursuing medical answers. Our main residence is overseas on a military installation, so we were coming with just the clothes on our back. From the minute I interacted with the folks at Residences at Daniel Webster to the time of move-out 5 months later, we were impressed by the professionalism, attentive responses to questions, and overall condition and location of the apartments. It was the perfect solution at an uncertain time, and when I gave them enough notice about extensions, they were very flexible. Mail delivery/receiving is smooth. And it's an excellent location to many highways in Merrimack. I would 100% stay there again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a great stay. Also the mattresses are the BEST I've ever slept on!!
