What an amazing experience this family offering through their sleigh ride to the elk! We were able to go on opening day and we saw more than 5 different bulls and had one of the largest bulls come over and eat from the hay bale closest to my son. It was so fun to learn about elk behavior and the family’s rich agricultural history. We hope to be back again this winter and recommend everyone in the area take advantage of this bucket list opportunity.

A must do! This is a once in a lifetime experience to get very up close and personal with wild elk. Jake and Casey are so awesome, I can’t say enough good things about them. They are incredibly knowledgeable about elk and agriculture in Idaho.

Had a fantastic time with a group of friends on our Hap and Florence Memorial sleigh ride. We were picked up promptly at the parking lot and enjoyed about a one hour trip to a field filled with approximately 60 elk. Both of our hosts were so knowledgeable about the elk and we enjoyed the historical stories from their family’s past.

Wow. Just wow. This is an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the amazing customer service and super close interaction with all of the wild elk. They were right next to us eating the hay bales we used as seats. So so cool. This is 100% a must do. We also had the most wonderful guide. She is so knowledgeable, loves what she does and has been apart of doing tours since she was 13! We loved her! I could go on and on. My family and would all highly recommend!

The shortest 1.5 hours of my life! I could have sat there forever! Our guide, the great, (great?) granddaughter of Hap and Florence, was one of the most pleasant and engaging guides I’ve ever had on a tour. Her talk was like sitting around a campfire listening to the days of old, even though she was young. The history behind the elk was beautiful—I won’t spoil it because everyone needs to go listen and support this wonderful establishment!

Today was the 2nd time we've taken this sleigh ride. The 1st time was 8 yrs ago. And apparently it was Jake and Casey's grandfather that did the rides then. It was a different route today than 8 yrs ago. But we will say that Jake and Casey did absolutely amazing job. They're are both such sweet, caring, and awesome "guides". They truly love their "job" (even though it's just part of the farm) their family and the lord. They gave an great "history" of the farm, their family, and the elk. It may be a little spendy, but WELL worth it. And if you know the price of hay/alfalfa the cost just helps them cover costs. Along with the cost of insurance and other expenses. (Horse feed and care). All to share the elk with everyone. Their family heritage is "take care of the elk, because they took care of us". You'll have to go in a sleigh ride to hear their story. Hats off to Jake, Casey and their family. God bless.

Visiting the area for winter we like to find authentic things to do. My wife came across this place and surprised the family with an amazing experience. It was a spiritual moment with the Majestic Elk, truly. To be right next to them! Jake was such a fantastic guide and has a passion for what he does with the animals and the people. Cant wait to do it again. Thanks guys!

Today was not an ideal weather day, but we went anyway. Our guide was amazing and you could feel how passionate she was about what she does. I was looking forward to this experience with my family and the weather did not detour us. I want to thank the Points family for giving us the opportunity to see the elk and to hear their story.
