This company is the GREATEST!
My AC went out (very old unit) and they came out to diagnose same day! They offered me a repair option FIRST, and did not try to upsell me on a new unit. I made the decision to purchase a new unit but they could not install until the next day. It was burning up in my house so the technician drove all the way to their headquarters to bring us two temporary window AC units. They installed them as well to give us relief until they did the new install the next day. My new unit is AWESOME... I highly recommend!

So I purchased a new HVAC system a couple months ago, and the installer (Rocky) came out today to calibrate and do a systems check. Rocky was on time, had a great attitude, and really educated me further on the system we have. Top Tech Mechanical took good care of us and continues to support us after the transaction. We were so pleased with the experience we had with the Top Tech team when our AC unit needed replaced.
The response to our service request was timely as was the delivery of the quote for service options.

The service manager was extremely helpful and patient to help answer all questions we had and even went above and beyond with having a few window units installed in bedrooms to help keep us comfortable while parts were ordered over a long holiday weekend. What a blessing!

The technicians were very polite and efficient on installation day and we had no problem going about our daily routines while they completed the job.

We would absolutely recommend Top Tech to our friends and neighbors without reservation and are thankful to have such a kind, courteous and knowledgeable service professional in our community to rely on.

We were out of town for my father-in-law’s funeral when our AC unit went out. Already under a tremendous amount of stress, the last thing we needed was an HVAC emergency. Top Tech Mechanical came through in a big way.

They sent out Daniel and Julio the same day to assess the issue, and they had a brand new unit installed the very next morning — on a Saturday, no less! The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish.

Daniel and Julio were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other big-name companies we contacted. We truly felt supported and taken care of during a really difficult time.

We will absolutely use Top Tech again and recommend them to everyone we know!

Peggy and Kevin did an amazing job helping us through the process of replacing our air conditioning unit and furnace. All of their people are great to work with, communicated when they would arrive and even showed up when they said they would.

Top Tech even loaned us 2 window unit air conditioners while waiting for the new unit to be installed.

I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rocky is fantastic, came out to tune up our unit. He was on time, did a great job, fixed something he found that wasn’t working right, gave us tips on maintenance, all for a fair price. We have had an awesome experience with Top Tech Mechanical. We needed to replace both of our HVAC systems last September. The whole process was seamless. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Recently we had an error message on our thermostat. These are new to me, so I called to get things checked out. We got an appointment in a timely manner. Lee came out and checked everything out. He noted some warranty issues that needed to be addressed and a recommendation for another part that would be helpful. He returned and completed all of the work. He just wanted to check things out one more time, so he returned one more time just to be sure everything was working optimally. On that trip he updated some firmware and we were good to go. We really appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and persistence in getting things working at peak performance. Lee went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend them.
