We went early May 2024. Thr hike into this area was so green and had several small brooks. Very nice and peaceful scenery. Moderate terrain; I was very glad to be wear boots rather than shoes for this hike. The area around is worth just hanging out and exploring. Nice waterfalls and small pools that are clear and cool. We were backpacking through but it would also be well worth the day hike.

Great Hike. The Falls was not as spectacular as we had hoped but don’t miss that be square open rock slot just past the Marinoni marker on the trail up and to the right.

This place was terrible to get too, even in a 4wd. When I got there on the map, there was nothing around and the road kept getting worse and worse. I'll be lucky if I didn't get any damage done to my truck. Don't waste your time looking for this trail because it's not worth it!!

Beautiful scenic area along the Ozark Highlands Trail. Do not attempt to drive here via the forest service road you see on Google Maps (like another reviewer here did recently), it is only accessible via the trail.
