Have been an owner for about 20 years bought it for my parents. Sadly they have passed we are refreshing the unit I have to say I was skeptical about all the delays in the clubhouse but they have done an amazing job recreating the space. This clubhouse and sports and entertainment complex certainly compares with the valencies and all the other new communities and has things like a fabulous movie theater as well as fantastic indoor pool for winter swimmers not to mention beautiful great looker rooms with wet and dry steam room the only thing would have liked were a jacuzzi in locker room aside from that the place is amazing and will certainly keep property values rising restaurant is a bonus it was expensive to create but will attract a lot of the 60+ people looking for a reasonably priced community keep up the great work

I'm actually a contractor who does work at the clubhouse at Huntington Pointe. It's always a very active & informative place every time I go there. They always have postings about upcoming events, various exercise classes to take, a beautiful theater where they host performers & shows, indoor & outdoor pools, a billiard room and plenty of other rooms that can be used for a broad variety of purposes. During business hours there's always a pleasant receptionist to assist you, answer any questions or put you in contact with the appropriate person for you specific needs. There's also a cafe right next to the main building. The parking lot has plenty of spaces & there's a very large covered drop off area right at the main entrance in case of inclement weather. In my opinion it seems to be a great central hub for the entire community, very well maintained & organized, and staffed with competent helpful people to assist you.

Very nicely appointed clubhouse for 55+ community. Neither excessive nor minimalist. Just right. Private locker rooms by gender with steam, sauna, spa. Indoor/outdoor pools, Cafe, Cardio+Free Weights rooms with flat screen TVs, theater, library, game rooms, tennis etc

Been visiting 10 years and recently bought the largest Monoco 1500' villa with garage. Master bed room is huge with 2 walk in closets, much larger than in new Boynton communities. Great amenities. Many younger people moving in within last 2 years. Active tennis and pickleball clubs. Tennis played 6x week. Active snowbird club. 4 outdoor and 1 indoor pool. Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Beautiful manicured grounds! Great value overall !

Wonderful community with too many amenities to list. Younger retirees moving into the villas and condos. The condos are larger than some of the local communities we viewed. The location is close to the shopping, beaches, restaurants, medical etc. If security is a concern the community has 24/7 gated and roaming security. The grounds are well kept and groomed. Huntington Pointe is truly a piece of paradise at an affordable priced community in Delray Beach.

Our community is minutes away from the airport, Boca, City Place, Boynton Beach, major highways etc. Give us a look you won't be disappointed.
