If I could leave negative stars, then I would. First the driver was 15 minutes late to pick up a veteran discharging from hospitalization. They asked our staff if they were the first name of the veteran; our staff member answered no. That was not her name, & we refer to our patients by last names. The driver did not give a last name. They were in an unmarked vehicle. So, our staff was unsurprisingly thrown off by the vehicle’s appearance & did not think that the female driver was with a taxi company. I called the listed phone number to check whereabouts; the man answering the phone raised his voice at me & told me that he was frustrated & also hung up the phone on me. Not nearly so much frustration as our staff & veteran, I assure you. The female driver then drove back around to our building, spoke to our staff extremely disrespectfully, & drove off without our veteran. I’d crawl on glass to get somewhere before I’d utilize this “taxi” service. As a final note, they were going to charge $25.25 to drive 1.4 miles from the hospital. Pathetic would be the closest word I could use to describe these individuals & their so called operation.

Whatever you do, don't rely on this company to pick you up !! Called 3 weeks ahead for a pick up reservation to the doctor, for a procedure that required a driver. I called to verify my pick up the day before, as directed, and "Purity" assured me they would see me then... I was assured they would pick me up at my hotel at 9:00am. At 9:15am the morning of my pick up, there was no answer at their phone, left 2 messages to call me for what was going on and them NOT SHOWING UP !!! Never got a reply back, nor did they ever show up at the hotel.
I drove 4 hours to Waco for this out of town speciality doctor for my procedure. Paid gas money... Paid for 2 nights for my hotel. Paid money for my meals... My appointment for my procedure had to be cancelled due to regulations of not being able to drive after my procedure... More gas money paid to drive back home.
Now, I've had to reschedule the doctor appointment, that means more money I should not of had to spend. All due to this very poor excuse of a cab company...

WORSE SERVICE EVER!! CALLED AT 9AM FOR A 11:45AM PICK UP, SO THAT MY SON CAN BE AT SCHOOL BY 12:15PM AND IT WAS PAST 12PM BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP!! TOO LATE!! AND NOW WON'T RETURN MY MONEY (PREPAID BY CREDIT CARD) SO NOW I WILL HAVE TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD FOR FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY SUCK!!!

Should have known after seeing all of the 1 star reviews that this business was bad news, but I was desperate and went with them anyway. Scheduled a ride and they confirmed and said they’d be there in 45 minutes and never showed. Would not accept my calls. Exact same experience as everyone else here. Unbelievably unprofessional business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Fraudulent Business, their address is the Viking Inn motel. My cc was hacked with a Fraudulent charge for 200.00. Everything I call its a cellphone with a voice mail that just says yello cab. Going through the motions of pressing charges. Good news is the police can get the person through the cell phone number.

I called and asked if the new where PJ's RV Park was it's supposed to be a new park and not on Google she said yes and quoted me a price of $25.00 to $30.00 then after she picks me up then says probably 40.00 then we get out there and find out she doesnt know just guessing then wants me to pay both ways and gives me the option to pay and get out there with my luggage and dogs are pay are she will call cop's finally she brings me back when I tell her I will be at the city.Monday morning still cost me $48.00 for a 30 minute trip and this is the manager of yellow cab she charge me $2.75 a mile

but a long cab ride has always been
pricey.I tried fir 3 1/2 hours to get an "Uber" to no avail,but yellow cab was there reasonable fast.
