We listed our house late in the year thinking we'd have to wait until spring before anything happened. Surprisingly, we had offers almost immediately; however, potential buyers wanted a quick close before year's end. Basically, that gave us only a few weeks to clear out the contents of our house by either selling, donating, or junking the items. Our relator, Ashley Fredrick, suggested we contact Adam and Trisha at Bennett Auction Service to see if there was any way they could make this happen in the short window of time we had to work with.

Adam, Tricia, and their team, took control of the process. They sold, and disposed of all the items in less than 3 weeks time. If you would have asked us beforehand, we would have thought this was an impossible task. Not only did they sell 99% of the items we wished to liquidate, they cleaned the house and disposed of anything remaining. We had constant contact with Adam and Tricia as to what was happening with the sale as we were concerned with meeting the closing deadline. They reassured us not to worry, and that everything would be taken care of....Boy, they were right! We went from listing to closing in less than 60 days, and that absolutely could not have happened without the help of Bennett Auction Service. Not only did they accept the challenge - they knocked it out of the park!!!

Adam, Trish, and staff are truly remarkable with their efforts. They are extremely skilled at their profession and get results that comfortably satisfy the customer. Their communication is extremely efficient and they walk you through the whole process from the beginning to the end. Our goal was to liquidate personal property and maximize any monetary value associated with these assets without us having to do any work.
